Everyone in this shop is super friendly and helpful. We never manage to get out without spending a good amount of money, but it’s always for the right stuff! They’re really knowledgeable and great to work with.

This place is amazing! Family has bought all of our full suspension mountain bikes from them and they have given us the best service possible. I’ve never been to a better bike place in Washington.

Very informative… I had a ton of questions about bike helmets for my son… They spent a ton of time fitting him and then gave us a lot of info on places to go riding that would be fun… I highly recommend seeing these guys… they are great

I lived in north bend almost a year, this is the bike shop in north bend. I took my bike there once to have deraileurs adjusted. They did a satisfactory job. That one guy talks waaaaaaaaayyyyyyy too much though. Just fix my bike, bike bro.
I just picked my bike up from single track. They said they could complete several minor tasks before I was to head up to Stevens Pass for a day. I called in on the day before I was going to head to the mountain to make sure it was done or not. They hadn’t started. Not a major deal. I said fine, I’ll just come get it so I can ride. I showed up to get it and what were the dummies right in the middle of? Bleeding my brakes. I was already late for a social engagement in Seattle. I stated that I had to go and did not have time to wait and mentioned that was the reason I told them not to start any of the work.
I finally had to cut them off, charge me for what work had been done and ran out the door with my bike.
I guess you have to know them in order to get your bike fixed when they promise it and I don’t know them.
I gave two stars because I can imagine there being worse bike shops on the planet, though I haven’t been in one.

Great knowledge. Great selection. Friendly staff. 4 stars because we could not ride the bike we wanted to buy. How could you expect to sell a bike without a real test drive. Just let us ride far enough to shift gears.

I just bought a bike yesterday. They r friendly and funny. Easy to deal with

I bought a rack for the back of my bike here on Saturday; took my bike in Sunday to have it installed and found I had purchased the wrong kind of rack. Brandon exchanged the rack and then took the time to install the new one for me – which took some finagling and ingenuity to work with my fender. He was very helpful and courteous. Even though I now live in Renton, I’d go back to see them.

Would not shop anywhere else. Large selection of merchandise on the floor but also willing to spend the time for custom builds. I have bought two complete bikes with them and have built two custom; ordering every single item piece by piece. Brandon even built my wheels. From kids bikes, BMX, just getting back on a bike, or this is your game; these guys can handle the job. Worth the drive out to get the personal service. Also the closest shop to some of the best riding in the area.

This place has great customer service, i was only buying bike pedals and they treated me fantastic, even put them on for me, if i need anything else for my bike or decide to buy a new one, this will be my place to go… great job!

Nothing but greatness over ther. Three bikes so far, and exceptional service. Great biking fits make a huge difference in ride. Brandon does it right. They don’t hard sell you! They take the time to answer questions, teach you a few things about your bike, and go out of their way to help you.
We spend a lot of time there, but it s great fun. If they put a coffee stand in the store, their customers would hang out all day. It s just a fun place to be.

My wife and I decided to get back into mtn biking after being away from it for some years. We visited many bike shops through out the region but found a home at Singletrack Cycles!
We have now bought two Trek mtn bikes and one Trek road bike (with another Trek road bike soon to be ordered) from Singletrack. The staff and owners of Singletrack have treated us with care and respect way above and beyond the average local bike shop. They’ve tolerated all my nutty cycling questions with patience and grace!
Singletrack Cycles will always be our favorite go to LBS!
