Rainbow Lodge Retreat Center

If you looking for the cozy lodge in the mountains– this is it! Clean, warm, with real fireplaces:) rooms are very simple but the lodge itself is beautiful!

I attend a retreat with a women’s group every year at Rainbow Lodge. It’s a beautiful place to have a retreat. The lodge is comfortable and secluded, the staff is very accommodating, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. I wish to comment on the food, as others have complained. The food is tasty, simple, plentiful and definitely not gourmet. Think of it like camp or cafeteria food. If you don’t like the cooked food, there are plenty of salad options to make a nice meal. Remember that this is not the Ritz. If you want deluxe, go someplace much more expensive. The food is fine, the lodge is affordable, well-​kept, clean, quiet in a beautiful environment. What more could one need? There is also a refrigerator if you must bring your own food.

I was here for a CSTP event. The location is beautiful as it is nestled at the base of Mt. Si. The cedar building is cozy and a great place to engage in some professional development. I enjoyed my stay in the unique rooms. Two twin beds and a full size bed in a loft. Not sure if I will ever be to another event here, but I would jump at the chance.

The staff is great. This place is beautiful, quite, and relaxing. I recommend it for a nice quick get a way.

this is a great retreat center. it is located on an absolutely beautiful site, below the famous mt. si. and in the beautiful woods. it is kept immaculately clean, i mean it, and the meals are simply delicious. besides the comfortable rooms, it has great facilities for a variety of programs. the staff are very accommodating;
for any kind of renewal/​renergizing retreat, you can’t do better.

Although situated in a pretty spot, the food and service at this retreat center were terrible. The food was all over-​cooked and the «chicken» we were served was rubbery and had fake grill marks. The service was poor and many people were charged for not making up their beds using hospital corners.
