We are open 7 days a week! If parts are available, we’ll get you fixed up and back on the road! Emergency tow-​ins and evening drop-​offs welcome.

After spending a few years in a location in another county, the business owner decided he could best help the residents of Snoqualmie Valley by offering his services and expertise locally. Thus, Cedar Falls Automotive was founded and opened in 2010, operates on a very strict policy of transparency, and holds their supporting vendors and partners to high standards of quality and accountability. Our customers deserve nothing less, and your safety and the health of your car depends upon it.

If we find that your vehicle is in need of a repair, we will document and inform you of this. If we find that your vehicle does NOT need a repair or service, we will advise you of this as well. We want our customers to be informed as well as possible as to the health of their vehicle.

I continue to provide quality and reliable service to my friends, neighbors and visitors within the Snoqualmie Valley, at a reasonable cost. The economy is not friendly to anyone, and I will try to reduce the impact on your budget while keeping your car on the road.

It is rare to find honesty in the automotive business but that is where Cedar Falls Automotive excels. This is exactly the small, family-​run company that people want to do business with. Rates are very competitive. What really impressed us was how we weren’t charged for a diagnostic because the fix wasn’t something the shop could take care of – they referred us to the dealership for an extended warranty issue. That honesty and integrity is unheard of in this business as many small automotive shops and dealerships would charge for that, as well as try to sell you services that you don’t need.
Every time we come to get a service done, we always are treated well and get the same honest service. I highly recommend Cedar Falls!

After being stuck in North Bend for 6 hours that day on my way to Ellensburg, the tow truck driver brought me here because he had known the owners. They stayed open late on a Friday night to get me on my way and when it only took a few minutes to fix the problem they wouldn’t let me pay them. Couldn’t recommend any other place if you’re in the area! Fast, friendly and VERY competent.

I can’t believe I haven’t written a review for these guys yet; after all the honest and great work they’ve done on my cars, I owe them this at the very least. Ken and Michelle are honest, intelligent, and probably too hardworking. Every problem is taken care of efficiently and completely, even when I bring them a lemon of a car I stupidly bought (and I’m about to do it again this week). Truthfully, I’ve had bad experiences with other mechanics in the past, but I consider these guys my friends after all the care they’ve shown my family and my cars.
The one downside: they refuse to «accidentally» blow up my wife’s super boring Honda Civic. I hate that car, but they keep it running well…

So accommodating, fast and fair. We broke down on the way to camp from Seattle to Quincy, with a camper, two kids and a dog in tow. We had someone tow our car here and we picked it back up on our way back home from our trip. We were so grateful for their service.

Family owned and operated, these guys came HIGHLY recommended to me by an employee at the O’Reilly’s auto parts store here in North Bend – AFTER the work I had done at North Bend Automotive failed. Michelle – who runs the front end of the business – was more than hospitable and incredibly knowledgable. She personally gave me a lift back home and left me with the assurance that my car was in very good hands. Thus far, the service and appreciation I’ve received by choosing to be a customer of Cedar Falls Automotive has been nothing short of stellar. Hence, one of many reasons why I prefer to support our local family businesses. I will be posting a follow up review once the work is done, so stay tuned! So far… so awesome!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Cedar Falls automotive. I am willing to drive the 45 minutes from my house even though there are numerous options much closer to my home.
I have taken my vehicles there over the past few years because I knew they would always give me an honest assessment of my vehicle’s problems. They recently spent several days diagnosing my truck at no charge for a very puzzling issue. I did not expect to do this but it is another example of the way they do business. I will soon be taking my truck for a trip to California towing a big trailer. I will surely have Cedar Falls do pre-​trip inspection because I know they will give me a truthful and honest diagnosis of the issue.

Excellent work replacing my broken driver side mirror. Michelle stayed on top of the supplier and tracked delivery and was able to get the job done well before Christmas as a special request. They also did the job for a very reasonable labor charge.

Ken and Michelle of Cedar Falls Automotive are the only people that I trust to care for my family’s vehicles. Their prices are very reasonable, their service is top notch (honestly the best customer service I’ve ever gotten from an automotive repair company), and they have a completely no BS approach to diagnosing issues. Even better, if you have multiple issues on your vehicle they’ll help you prioritize which ones to tackle first. This is so refreshing to deal with instead of the usual «panic you into repairs» that so many other repair places use.
Most recently my in-​laws were visiting from out of state. My father in-​law was complaining about an oil leak from the valve cover gasket, being the DIY guy that I am I ordered up a set of gaskets and prepared to dig in… boy, was I in for a rude awakening. The engine bay layout was done by a king of puzzles, just to get to the valve covers you had to remove 3 or 4 layers of parts that are wholly unrelated. Nope, not really a DIY effort unless you were a mechanic in a previous life. Out comes the cell phone and a quick call to Ken and Michelle. They had us on the schedule in no time and since it was being dealt with by a professional I had them go ahead and replace the timing belts and other service items that had been neglected. Michelle even called a few weeks later to make sure that my in-​laws had made it home safely and that there were no issues with the repair that they’d performed. Stuff like this is what keeps me coming back.
