WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY LIFE and all over a simple inspection for a 2 yr old car.
I just left there and I am beyond upset over the way I was treated in this mechanic shop.
I went in there for an inspection for a 2013 car. My husband told me it should only cost about $ 21 and change, but I was using my husband CC to charge it.
Well, when it was finished, it was $ 37. which the owner didn’t understand, I WAS FINE WITH, but i needed to call my husband to make sure it was OK for me to charge that, or to pay cash instead.
But the owner got all uppity with me, raising his voice to me, telling me he did me a favor (not a sure how– i called and he said come in) by fitting me in and He is making NO money on me and he doesn’t set the prices on the cars, the state does. I never questioned that (as in the price) I only was trying to call my husband before I charged is what I was telling him over and over again and he didn’t seem to get it through to him (he was too busy ranting on and talking over me and NOT listening to what I was saying) HE was making an issue when their wasn’t any.
Even his SON apologized for his behavior/​the way he treated me when his father walked out, then he came back again! and was on and on and on (I was still on phone trying to reach my husband). his son actually had to yell at him and tell him he has it under control, please leave.
I think this was just appalling behavior and this man should be ashamed of himself for not listening to what I was saying and for treating a human being, especially a woman the way he did me.
I used to use Nats auto which is their competition but he seems to have closed or maybe temp closed.
I have never been treated this way by any mechanic, I have thick skin and this man actually made me CRY when I left.
PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, GO ELSEWHERE unless the son takes over which had much more patience and manners.
I always got gas there and this was my 1^st time using the shop. I dont even want to get my gas there anymore now. I would rather give my business to someone else.

This place is full service and was the same price cash or credit. I never have to wait when I pull in and the staff is friendly. The price for gas is always on the low end of the spectrum. It’s a one of the smaller gas stations. I believe it only has 4 pumps.

Although not the cheapest gas out of the service stations in the area along Newbridge Road (it is full service), their repair and service is far and away the best. Gus, the owner, always tells you honestly what the problem is and searches for the cheapest prices for the parts you need. In the winter after a large snowstorm he even goes around the neighborhood with a snowblower to help people who can’t shovel their own driveways and walks.
