UPDATE:
Since writing this review, Mr. Valentino came to my home unannounced and uninvited. I caught him spraying black paint on one of the fences his workers splashed paint on. Unfortunately, it happened to be next to my vegetable garden that I had just planted days earlier. Black paint was now getting all over the vegetables. He was clearly aggravated when I asked him to stop.
In addition, I showed him the horrible looking deck boards to which he commented, «Well, I gave you an estimate for this two or three years ago and you thought sanding would be too much money.» Well, news flash Mr. Valentino, that was two years ago. Things change.
Then I showed him the new screen door that had to be replaced and he offered absolutely no comment; not a sorry, not a «can I reimburse you?»
Last but not least, when I showed him the hose container lid, he asked if he could take it to his «shop» to repair it. He returned several hours later — again unannounced — and left it against my garage. He didn’t even have the courtesy to put it back where it belonged or to ring the door bell. To add insult to injury, several of the nails are now pushed up through the top of the lid and there is a large scratch on it as well.
And as for that supposed reimbursement from Bob’s «accounting department», would anyone here be surprised to learn that it was never sent?!?
And as far as this update or the previous review being «fabricated», it’s simply not true. If the previous review was «fabricated» how could I possibly know the specifics listed in this update? Further, Google doesn’t accept photos as part of their reviews, this is the only website anyone can find them… so nice try there Bob. Claiming that bad reviews are fake seems to be his modus operandi (see for example his comments for Amanda K.) Just another brazen attempt by Bob to shirk responsibility.
It’s truly amazing to watch this guy blow an opportunity to rectify a wrong.

Just as an update. This is not a false profile. This company did in fact come and do work on my deck. I stand behind my previous review. The owner came here himself to try to fix it. It was worse. The whole thing had to be redone. So I basically paid twice for the same work. And now, to add insult to injury, he has decided to insult me. Very unprofessional. This is not someone that I would ever trust in my home again. This is sort of shocking. Unbelievable.
Oh and also, I still have my receipt form the work you did here and I have pictures of the horrible job you did. Thanks for doing a terrible job, staining my stonework because you were too lazy to put a drop cloth down, and staining my siding. I still can’t get the stain off the side of the house. You’re lucky I haven’t asked for my money back. Rip off.
