Loved the location and staff but this new advantage care group sucks! I don’t want to talk to them I want to talk to the center and get answers. Every time I have a question they send an email over to the center but I never get a call back. Then the center says they never got a mess. Today I needed my son to see a Dr, his Dr was off and they were going to try to see if I can see the other Dr. The receptionist said she’ll send a mess over (remind you I called at 930 this morning) I never got a call back. I called them back at 240pm, they apologized to me for not getting a call back but was the message sent to the babylon office? I don’t think so. Why can’t I speak directly to the office. That whole system suck from the day it started. Now my son is home with pink eye and I’m forced to go to an urgent care center that don’t even know him. So disappointed. This isn’t the first time this had happened to me and it’s not the centers fault. I don’t want to give them a star.
