Used my corporate card to wash my company vehicle here and could get no receipt. Called (phone disconnected) and sent several E-​Mails with no response.

We usually get out car washed here but had trouble with machine this time on far right. After putting out credit card through and waiting for the car in front of us to finish, the green light flashed then the car in front of ran backwards over the part that tells you to stop. Therefore, we never got a wash. We entered cc in again so we could get a wash. Wondering if we can get a refund for first payment. Phone number disconnected.

On July 22, 2014, I was contacted and offered a gift card. I refused a gift card but I requested a refund instead. I haven’t gotten any.

Horrible place– no one ever working there– automatic car wash malfunctioned and my car was half covered in soap upon exiting, had to then spend more money to do the self wash while formally dressed (which is why I did automatic wash in the first place)
When I tried to contact the owner the phone number is out of service and via email he responded and said he wouldn’t do anything for me. I contacted better business bureau so they are now investigating this business after numerous complaints.
Take home message– DO NOT GO HERE customer service is literally non existent-​and it’s expensive for malfunctioning and poor quality services.

Thunderwash sent me a Unilocal message apolgizing for my inconvience and for their hard to read contact sign at the carwash. They made my issue right and mailed me a giftcard for a $ 12 wash. Thank you.

Probably one of the worst washes ever. $ 10 wash was comparable to spraying down my vehicle with the hose. Would not recommend for the price and quality.

Got the job done without having to wait. The location is sort of set back from Randall Rd. so that likely lends to the lack of traffic. It was a little pricier than most automatic washes but only by a dollar or two. Not the top wash in my book but satisfactory fo sho.
