I can’t speak highly enough. Easy and quick appointments, almost no wait time, nicest staff ever. The office is clean and thoughtfully designed with a great children’s area and drink station for adults.
We recently moved to the area and needed to find a family dentist. After reading reviews I chose to go with North Aurora Smiles, and I couldn’t be happier that I did. So far they have seen both my young daughters, ages 3 ½ and almost 2. I was nervous about their age (1^st appointments ever) and it being a scary experience, but the staff was incredibly kind and encouraging. My 3 year old actually keeps asking to go back, she had such a great time! I have my own appointment coming up, I’m sure it will be just as good of an experience. Thank you North Aurora Smiles for taking a dr appt that is usually dreaded and making it into something to look forward to!

Not bad. Professional dentist but the other owner seems very into cross selling. Whitening, fluoride treatments and such. The girls are very nice but they talk all the time. I had a headache when I left.
I’m not there for a social visit.

We found Dr Aziz after we moved to the area, and couldn’t be happier that we did. After being patients for several years I can confidently state that he is one of the best dentists I’ve had the pleasure of seeing. He’s great with both adults and children, the office is warm and welcoming and his staff is friendly and professional. Would highly recommend!

Had a great experience today! We switched to using Smiles a couple of months ago. Very impressed with the staff– love the reminder system they have for your upcoming appointments. Had to have a filling replaced that I had done by another dentist that was not done well– no pain, even with the shots and they were very attentive to my needs. Great with kids too– very happy!

The Dr. and hygienist were top notch but the billing department cost me an extra $ 400 for 3 filings. They were fully aware that my insurance would not cover the amalgam fillings on the back teeth but they waited until after it was done before they mentioned it to me. Then, we I came back in to cancel my future appointments they didn’t even care to explain why they didn’t notify me, or the doctor, to prevent a $ 100 out of pocket job from turning into $ 500+. Really sad to find a good doctor with such a bad billing department.

Absolutely painless. I’ve never had dental work that was completely free of pain or discomfort. Dr. Aziz gave me an explanation of his unique and innovative approach using a nerve distraction technique.
Every time I walk into their office, I’m greeted with a level of enthusiasm like I’m running into an old friend.
They are professional, thorough and very considerate of their patience. I’d give a sixth star if I could.

Probably my best trip to the dentist ever. Dr. Aziz and Stacy are nice, extremely knowledgable, and extremely diligent. They took the time to educate me on how to care for my teeth, and did the most thorough cleaning and exam I’ve ever had. The office is comfortable and up to date with the latest technology. A+ all around.

Dr. Aziz and the Staff at North Aurora Smiles are WONDERFUL. After trying unsuccessfully at other dentists with my 2 children and myself to find the right fit, we finally found Dr. Aziz and have been nothing but happy. The entire staff is friendly, courteous, and extremely gentle with my small children.
All of the procedures we have had have been virtually pain free including receiving the numbing agent and shot. This I have never felt before. This puts myself and my children at ease to make it an anxiety free appointment. If you are at all unsatisfied with your dentist for any reason, give Dr. Aziz a try, you will not be sorry. A great dentist and office all around.:)

Dr Aziz and his staff are definitely the A team. There is not enough space to describe the level of outstanding care they provide.
I am a mom of 4 and VERY fussy with our families dental care. With that being said I was referred to Dr. Aziz and am EXTREMELY pleased.
His office is very kind, thorough and Dr. Aziz is professional, extremely knowledgable, patient and kind. He takes his time to explain and answer any and all questions you may have. His dental hygienists are friendly, pay a close attention to detail and extremely knowledgable. Not to mention phenomenal with children.
This office is the best of the best. I guarantee once you visit this office you will not go anywhere else. This is one of the best referrals I have received.
There should be more Dental offices like Dr. Aziz and his staff!

After going to the same dentist for 20 years he finally retired. I’m so glad that I found North Aurora Smiles. I’ve been going for several years now. Stacy (the best hygienist ever) found the beginnings of my first cavity. Being 52 years old I’d always felt fortunate not to ever have one. So naturally I was nervous about having Dr. Aziz drilling in my mouth. He assured me that I would be fine. I couldn’t believe how painless the experience was. I didn’t feel one bit of pain… Not a twinge! Dr. Aziz is the most gentile dentist I’ve ever known. So if your looking for a new or better dentist this is the place to go.

What a great find! I absolutely used to hate the dentist til I tried this office after moving to North Aurora! Great Staff! So professional, caring, and knowledgable. I have never had such an informative and great dental expierence before. Stacy (the hygenist) is sooo nice and knowledgable. She easily puts you at ease and my cleaning was virtually pain free. I used to grip the chair during cleanings, not with Stacy. She used a numbing medication which did wonders. As well as she took photos so I could see the damage on my teeth.
After not going to the dentist for 1 ½ year, I had many cavities. At my previous dentist I was made to feel like a bad guy whenever anything with wrong. With North Aurora Smiles, both the hygenist and Dr. Aziz give great reinforcement on caring for your teeth without feeling like your being put down or reprimanded. Absolutely love this place! I no longer hate the dentist!

After not going to a dentist for far too long, I started coming here on recommendation from my brother. Could not be happier. Dr Aziz really takes his time and I was surprised I couldn’t feel the shot at all. I thought maybe I was a special case, but I hear its pretty common among his patients.
He also seems to take his referrals seriously. My procedures with referred dentists/​oral surgeons went very well. Based on many stories I’ve heard about extractions and root canals, I’m either very lucky or the specialists are really good. Listen to his advice!
