was referred to this Dentist from a co worker who had some work done 9 years ago. I just moved to the area and went to a family member’s gen dentist who did xrays and determined that my tooth needed to be removed. went to Dr Williams b/c he was available the next day. He refused to take the tooth out and wanted to do a root canal, crown and follow up appts. The office did not appear clean, the dentist didnt wear gloves or wash his hands and had a cold sore on his lip. I got up and left without having any work done
