Our core values are Faith, Family & Food. Our pulled pork is smoked for a minimum of 12 hours. Our ribs are cooked until they are «fall off the bone amazing». We have an amazing super moist smoked chicken. Our sides are homemade from scratch daily. We offer dine in, drive thru & carry out service Thursday, Friday & Saturday. We offer our catering services Monday thru Saturday.
History
Established in 2014.
When I started developing BBQ 14 years ago, with a ceramic smoker, I would explain to friends that it was cooked in a ceramic smoker similar to a ceramic pot. So I guess you could call it pot smoked to which I guess I am «The Pot Smoker».
