I was very disappointed with the services here. I went in to get a blow out because I saw the ad for it. Anyways, I went there and the stylist Heather was suppose to do the blow out. She literally had no idea what she was doing. In the middle she said that my hair was being difficult since my layers are all so long and that it wasn’t doing what she wanted it to do. Uhhh… I’ve gotten a blow out done before and it’s been great! So then she asks me if she can finish it up with a straightener. I asked for a blow out and she uses a straightener to my hair. She used some random products on my hair (no names given.) and basically just ended up straightening my hair. I could have done that myself! Overall I’m not pleased at all. I would never come back here. THe only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because at least the staff was nice to me.

Have only been here once and I’m sorry to say I won’t be back. The reason has nothing to with the haircut. The haircut was just fine, but then I have hardly any hair to cut. One couldn’t really mess it up. The reason I won’t be back is this. I do not care to be asked «Do I Want Change Back» When my haircut is $ 10 and I pay with a $ 20. Then you can believe I want change back. It is my option if I want to tip or not. It is not up to the stylist to just assume. That I am paying a tip that is equal to the cost of the haircut. I tipped what I felt a $ 10 haircut should cost. If I was the shop owner I would make sure none of my stylist put a customer in that position. The shop has lost my business and I hope will learn by this review. Its not proper to ask a customer do they want change back. In fact it is quite rude.

My husband goes here to get his haircuts and loves them, so I figured I’d give them a try too. Kristy did a GREAT job on my hair considering it hadn’t been cut in about six months. She was friendly and easy to talk with while she cut my hair. I also liked how she let my hair dry before finishing the cut so she would be able to see how it would look while she was cutting it. First hairdresser to ever do that– and I LOVE my new haircut! I’ll be seeing her again soon! Great, reasonable prices here too!

This place is awesome. Very convienent since I go right before or right after my workout. There prices are extremely reasonable. Steve, who I get my haircut from always gives the freshest cuts, and they are all very fun to talk to. They always ask if you need anything and are all more than willing to help in any way they can. Its a shame that more people dont know about this place.
