Great Bathroom
I will start by saying I hate this store chain. Not this particular store, all of them. Why anyone would pay double what they could pay for the same item that they could buy on Amazon and have it shipped to their house???
Well the point of this review is that I did have to use the restroom during my visit and I have to tell you it had to be one of the cleanest bathrooms that I have ever used in a department store. Bumped from a 1 star rating to a 2.
Tip:
Perfect spot for a man if you need to use the restroom. It is barely used because mostly women shop here.
The rest of the place is awful.

Huge, HUGE kudos to Latisha at the customer service desk. I was given the wrong information at the Seekonk store and made the drive to the North Attleboro store, only to find out the curtains I wanted were $ 20 more a panel than what I was told in Seekonk.
Latisha kept apologizing (not her fault) and went out of her way to get me a price adjustment to keep the customer happy. I thanked her profusely and she said she was only doing her job. If only everyone did their job as well as you, Latisha.

Alright– BB&B has everything you think they’d have. Whenever I want a cool new kitchen gadget I go here to find it– and it’s always here. I do think they could improve on their customer service, however– I find myself making this suggestion to several places in Rhode Island and I hope I not making a generalization– but overall I really think customer service is a big deal to me and I am a repeat customer at places because of it. B, B&B isn’t terrible– it’s a 3 outta 5– so go here is you need something and you don’t need help with it– but if you want help– or need someone to actually know about specific things– I would go to Williams-​Sonoma
