Ridge Park Apartments

I lived here with my boyfriend for a year. There is multiple owners for the complex. They maintain the outside more than the actual apartments. Where do i begin?
I must say this, me and my boyfriend had a partial upgrade to our apartment. But it was not our cup of tea. We happen to be on the second floor. They have carpets that felt like sandpaper, hard wood floors for the kitchen, and carpet for the bedroom. I had no room for a kitchen table. i had a nook. usable for a chair. The kitchen was like a railroad. everything close together. The one bedroom apartment is great for a person.
Neighbors. Whole new ball park. We had a problem with a current resident downstairs from us that love to blast music at 11 pm– 1 am at night. A lot of people has no consideration. Another neighbor next to us had a cat. and we could smell the urine from the next door. You basically have no privacy. The walls are thin, You can hear anything…
We had a bug problem. I am a clean person! I am a smoker let me add. And i didn’t smoke in my apartment. So for the year i was out there i seen all different kinds of bugs we had issues with. Cockroaches, Ants, and termites. OMG i wanted to cry! Yes we sprayed over and over. Nope the bugs kept on coming back.
If you can deal with it, go for it! I will not recommend anyone to rent.

I lived in this complex for 3 days.
It was so disgusting and noisy that I threatened a lawsuit if they didn’t return my rent.
The owners are scam artists! DO NOT LIVE HERE! It is a shithole
