My son has been getting his haircut by Cris for over 15 years. We have followed him wherever he works. Cris Doyle now owns Mal’s Barber Shop in North Andover.

I’ve been going here for about a year. I went here for the convenience of its location to my home and work. I get cut by Frank Serrano. He’s a friendly and personable guy. I enjoy his banter. He talks just enough to not get annoying. I’m usually pretty specific with what I want, otherwise he can tend to take a bit too much off the top (I know now from experience). But as long as I reiterate exactly what I want, he does as instructed.
