Jim has been doing taxes for my entire family for decades. I travel a lot for work and lived out of state and tried other large firms, but have never found someone as capable as Jim. I returned to using him a few years ago and I will be with him until he retires. You will not find a more efficient, trustworthy and knowledgable accountant in the area.

James Batten CPA cancelled my appointment with one day’s notice for «some personal reasons» in late March and did not even provide a referral despite a request for one on my part. I would deem this to be very unprofessional behavior.
