Unfortunately these guys are very very unresponsive.
After traveling there to test drive a car and wishing to purchase the vehicle that same day for their asking price after they fixed some minor issues (review of a complete car check report, and issues I found that needed to be corrected) they never returned my phone calls and multiple emails asking when the purchase could be finalized. Wasted a week and a half waiting for responses that never came. Responses that did come only strung me along, but they never followed through with anything. Something seemed very fishy.
I called and asked them to let me know if they wanted to sell me the car. Never replied to my email or requests.
God forbid you have an issue with one of their cars you purchase that needs to be handled. Don’t expect a timely response, or one at all for that matter.
