Santoro is a very professional establishment. Their prices were competitive with similar marble and tile companies in the area, and their special on granite counter tops beat all other estimates I received. It was about 3 weeks between the time I picked the granite countertops and installation. (They could have done it sooner but I was on vacation) They answered all of my questions that arose in that 3 week period. The installers were extremely attentive to detail and addressed any questions I had while installing the countertop. A few unforeseen situations happened during installation (unpredictable contingencies) which were addressed immediately by the installers, and I was not charged for extra time. I highly recommend Santoro for all of your tile and marble needs.

Checked out a bunch of locations for a granite countertops for our kitchen. Santoro did not have the most beautiful showroom, or advertise the cheapest prices, but when the estimate was done, they matched the lowest price. Most importantly, the attention to detail in the customer service, the quality of how they cut and polish the stone — done the right way for generations. They are in business to stay in business.
Every step of the process was easy.
One large local company advertise 1999.00 special — check them out with the BBB, and you will be surprised they are running business under chapter 7 with horrible reviews. Buyer beware!
