Aimee has been a Spin Instructor/Personal Trainer for over 10 years. She became General Manager of a local gym in Conshohocken and went on to manage a Sports arena. Before opening Aim High, Aimee was teaching Spin and Sculpting classes at multiple fitness centers in Montgomery County. Aimee is married with 3 children.

Fantastic studio! The owner is extremely sweet and inviting. The classes are excellent as well as the instructors. Ive only tried the Heated yoga and barre classes… but I have had a positive experience with every class!

I really do love this little yoga studio. I’ve enjoyed all of my classes here and all the instructors have been very helpful in addressing any individual persons needs. I especially like Stephanie’s class, although because of my work schedule I can’t take it any more.
Aimee, the owner, is also very sweet. Any time I’ve seen her around she always asks how everything is going and will take time to explain anything at all about the classes or facilities or anything.
Overall, I think this is a great place and I can’t wait to try some of their other classes! They have spin and barre classes that I would be interested in trying, as well as some seminars and other interesting events. I wouldn’t mind if they added a regular non-hot yoga class, though.

I was visiting from out of town, and dropped in for a really fun workout with (funny, caring, excellent teacher) Joe. Owner Aimee welcomed me, and even left me a sweet personal note wishing me a safe trip home. Clearly, Aim High is perfectly named – and meeting its goals. Loved this special place!

I drove by for over a year before I had the courage to try a class. I do not like working out in front of people. I am very self conscience. Aim High made me feel comfortable from day 1! That was already 6 months ago. Stephanie is my favorite yoga instructor, but I’ve also tried 2 others and they are also great. Professional, courteous & personable is the name of the game here. Barre fitness on Sunday mornings is the perfect way to start a healthy week. Soon I’ll try a spin class and intro to TRX.
Some people don’t like the idea of hot yoga. It’s cleansing and refreshing. Try it 3 times and you will be hooked!

I have only been to one class here, a Vinyasa Flow (not heated) class with Lana. The instructor was very helpful and made adjustments to each student so they could get the most from the class. The studio was nice and clean and parking wasn’t an issue. I would like to eventually try one of their spinning classes.
My only gripe is that I can’t seem to find any more non-heated vinyasa flow classes at Conchocken or any of the other Aim High Studios.

A friend of mine told me about Aim High about two years ago. This studio owned by Aimee Sala has changed my life for the better. It not only provides classes that help you focus on your weight loss goals, but I feel confident, healthy, and strong for the first time in my life! Class sizes are small, instructors are so kind and motivate you to push yourself, and the girls I’ve met there have become such great friends and an awesome support system. Highly recommend Aim High!

Aim High is an amazing work out environment created by Aimee Sala. The classes are small and focused on each persons individual needs. The variety of classes and great instructors as well as the genuine people I have met there makes me continue to sign up and keeps me motivated. I haven’t been in the area in over six years and it was a welcome surprise to find a specialized studio in this small town.
I attended a Spin & Sculpt class, a perfect intro to spinning for newbies who have never tried spinning before. It’s 40 minutes of spinning and 20 minutes of strength conditioning. Aimee had a lot of energy and not that annoying boppy, aerobics instructor way.
The spin class room is a bit small, packed with 12 machines, but you’re not moving around left and right so much so it’s ok. The strength part of the class was very adaptable with different weights and different levels.
The studio also does hot yoga, which I haven’t tried. I’d suggest offering a few non-hot yoga classes to attract a wider audience.
