Stretch Limosuine

In May 2014, I contracted this company to take my children to and from prom downtown Chicago. There was on time arrival; however, pick up driver arrived in a dirty car. The worse part of the service was that the return driver had my children looking for him for over 15 minutes because he WAS NOT IN THE CAR with the license plate, we had been provided. (I REPEAT: MY TEENAGERS WERE DOWNTOWN CHICAGO, looking for a vehicle that the DRIVER DID NOT CHOOSE TO USE TO PICK THEM UP). I repeatedly called the office to speak to someone regarding my safety concerns of the prom. It took a week to finally receive an email, calling me a liar and saying the drivers would never have done such a thing. Their driver’s behavior is a poor reflection of this company’s poor customer service.
I contacted BBB and they lied and claimed that had given me a refund and tried to resolve my issues. It was unfortunate to Stretch Limo, my bank and I can prove otherwise. They additionally had the nerve to offer me a $ 40 voucher on future services. I would never do business with or recommend their business to anyone who values safety and respects Customer Service!

September 7, 2013, I decided to get out of bed and hit the internet full force to find a party bus for my birthday party which was less than a week away. I requested many quotes and was not convinced to go with any of them. Sooooo, I cannot explain how I got to this page but I was happy to see it!
What caught my eye was off to the left of the page which was not the buses or the inside of them. It was the BBB logo and that they are registered with them. Of course with any company I check them out with the BBB. I read the negative review and the positive review on Unilocal then checked the rating and was surprised to find this company has an A+ rating with the BBB… OMG!!! Unbelievable!!! It is rare to find companies in business this period of time with an A+ rating.
On September 12, we did a final modification/​confirmation on the reservation and I was soooo soooo nervous.
My birthday was finally HERE!!! Friday, September 13 and oh BOY what a NIGHT!!! The party bus was actually a little early for his first pick up which was Absolutely fine! As quoted by the gm, the party bus was stocked with some alcohol, compliments of Stretch Limousine Inc. I was also able to bring my own drinks and food onboard. It was stressed that nothing that would stain or damage the bus is allowed. The driver was very courteous, patient and communicative. He was ON POINT with everything. It was funny because he stressed the amount of time my party had left at each location and I really appreciated that. I did not feel pressured and he did not make me feel as though he wanted to rack up extra hours so I could pay more for extra time. He let me «do my thing»! I have to say, with the company of friends and family and a cute driver who was nothing but professional at all times, I would «like» «like» «like» and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Stretch Limousine Inc.

Did I mention that Friday September 13, 2013 was an amazing NIGHT!

THE WORST LIMO SERVICE EVER. We asked for and paid extra for a limo to pick us up at Ohare and great us at the terminal so we wouldnt have to search for them. Instead, (despite me saying WE HAVE NO BAGGAGE) they sent the limo driver to the baggage claim a block or more away. The guy came looking for me after I called and then proceeded to walk me and my three children for 2 blocks outside in 45 degree weather through a parking lot to a limo. I called the service to speak to a manager and all they could do was argue with me. They told me I should have known to find the limo at baggage even though the booker was told NO baggage and I would meet at the exit. I was told I should know that «greet and meet» which I paid more for was not as good a service since the limo driver parks away from the terminal?

My husband and I were leery to use them based on the previous reviews we read here and on Wedding Wire, but honestly, I think they were a good limo service. We rented their Chrysler 300 limo, which held all 11 members of our bridal party and our photographer. Our limo driver (I think his name was Matt) was polite and most important — he was on time. They were able to accommodate us by arriving 15 minutes earlier than what we had originally reserved with just 2 days notice, so they can be flexible. The limo was attractive and great for photos (sans window poms or cheesy red carpet). The limo also included refreshments, champagne and flutes. The only setback we had was that one of the flutes was still dirty, but it was nothing to fuss over. There was other glassware we could use. The service didn’t blow us away, but we weren’t disappointed by anything either. They got us from Point A to B on time. Overall, we think that they are worth checking out and we would recommend them.
