Tried to place an order online. It wouldn’t take my billing address. Had to enter it in three different ways, then finally. I even called to make sure that they got it. All seemed fine. Then a few days later, my order was cancelled because of third party validation was not met. Tried to call, huge wait time, then they didn’t call me back four three hours. Bad customer service.

Went there 04÷04÷15, was the first customer there lol. Damian was extremely helpful and awesome! I asked for a pair of linen and oat sperrys in a size 8, they didn’t have my size but he brought out a 7.5 and a 9 along with a gray pair in a size 8, I fell in love with them. He was also so nice to bring out low cut socks in both black and white. Some of the best customer service I’ve received! Great store, big selection of shoes from converse, vans, sperrys and uggs, super clean and awesome sales!
