New to the area, and having to take a vacation over the 4th of July, I was running out of places to call that had space. When I called Redwind, they women were very helpful on the phone (which others had been rude on the phone about trying to find a spot over the 4th of July weekend). We were hesitant to leave our pup simply because we didn’t know how he would react. When I called to check on him, I was welcomed with updates on his behavior and the promise of lots of love given! Picking him up was a breeze (he didn’t get the bath that we had asked for, BUT we went to pick him up a day early, so not necessarily their fault). We have a trip coming up in December and I’ll be calling to get a spot for my pup and cat! Love Redwind!
