Precision Builders has been a General Contractor in Norman, Oklahoma since 1984. Our completed projects list is quite extensive and very diverse. Our projects have ranged from school renovations to multi-​story independent living centers and hotels. A lot of our projects have been in the form of medical office buildings, dentist offices, conventional office buildings and strip retail facilities. We have also completed numerous restaurants like Subway, Sonic and more recently, Orange Leaf Yogurt., We are a certified STAR Building System dealer and have been awarded their Outstanding Builder designation for 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010.

We have completed close to 70 C-​stores through the years, most of those for one client, so we have a track record of repeat buisiness. In fact, a large percentage of our work comes previous clients, and we take great pride in this. We realize, understand and appreciate that we would not be here without all of our great clients.

History

Established in 1984.

Precision Builders was started by Sassan Moghadam in Norman, Oklahoma shortly after completing his degree in mechanical engineering from The University of Oklahoma. In the early years, he was a one man shop as he ran the jobs and made all the buisiness decisions. As the years went by, he continued to establish his reputation as a quality builder and Precision continued to grow. Tim Grissom was hired by Sassan in 1993 after completing his degree in construction science from the University of Oklahoma. Tim has since became a partner in Precision Builders in 2007. All of the employees at Precision have multiple years with the company, most with 10 years or more.

Precision contiues to provide general contracting services today with a dedication to quality, cost control and schedule.
