Dr. Phillip Parker is a Pediatric Dentist and Orthodontist located in Norman, Oklahoma specializing in routine dental care for infants, children and teens, as well as orthodontic treatment for children, adolescents and adults. We also welcome patients with special needs to our office. Dr. Parker is a Certified Damon System and Invisalign® orthodontist.

Dr. Parker has been treating patients in Norman for over 22 years, and enjoys the opportunity to build relationships with patients from an early age.

Dr. Parker received his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees from the University of Oklahoma. After finishing dental school, Dr. Parker completed a residency at Children’s Memorial Hospital in Oklahoma City. He then completed residencies and earned Master of Science degrees in Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Parker is the only private practitioner in the state of Oklahoma, and one of the few in our country, that practices both Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics simultaneously. His unique dual specialty training allows him to provide children with the most up-​to-​date and comprehensive pediatric dental and orthodontic care «under the same roof». In addition, Dr. Parker welcomes the opportunity to provide orthodontic services for adults.
