MAC counters seem to always be understaffed, so I wasn’t terribly surprised when I had to wait quite a bit to get the makeup I’d come in for that day. I usually only go to the counters when I need to try something out before I buy it just because of the wait I know will happen. So, I try to show up with a patient mind and just poke around and try on as much makeup as I can.
So, yes there was a wait, but the woman who finally helped me was very courteous and apologetic and even pointed me towards an awesome new lip gloss.
