Business Owner

Jill has been doing hair since 1992. She has gone from being a successful & well known hair stylist, make up artist, educator and platform artist in Tulsa and Norman, to owning Glow. She operates behind the chair as well as providing a strong team of stylists, esthetician & massage therapist for her community’s needs.
