We’ve been here before but at the Bricktown location. Both locations are awesome!!! From open to close you can get anything on the menu. Plus they are dog friendly on their patio!!! That’s a plus for you pet parents!!!

We tried it for the first time tonight and it was yummy. Most items are $ 7 and we’ll worth every penny. The cilantro lime rice was scrumptious! I had the enchiladas and they were just as good if not better than some from their more expensive Mexican places around here. Great service. Margaritas looked amazing but I’ll try those another time.

I am giving this Taco shop a full 5 star rating for one reason alone. This is where I had the best nachos I have ever eaten. Hand’s down! Fresh tortilla chips topped with shredded brisket, shredded cheese, queso, feta, pico de gallo, and garlic sauce. The flavor balance and complexity was perfect for me. The portion size was huge and the taste was perfect. I cannot wait to go back and have these again!

Fuzzy’s was nice surprise, especially for my first visit. I really had a taste for taco’s, specifically Torchy’s, however I had to settle since the local Torchy’s was still under construction. I got the brisket, and the grilled and tempura shrimp taco’s. I have to admit, this place gives Torchy’s a run for its money. I’ll give Torchy’s the edge only because I believe the menu is more creative. Don’t get me wrong, this place deserve high praise… but I’m hard to please, especially when I know there’s a similar place that’s better. 4.9 would be the appropriate grade. Oh. And the location was very ideal — surrounded by other eateries and of course OU.

After working all morning, my friend and I stopped in Fuzzy’s. We walked in and right up to the counter to place our order. We started with two large beers which were perfect to quench our thirst. The beers were ready quick and we were able to grab a booth for seating. We started with an order of chips & Queso and the Queso was amazing! The chips had seasoning on them and it was the perfect addition to the delicious queso. I ordered three tacos– grilled fish, ground beef and spicy pork, along with a side of cilantro rice. The food was ready quick and came out hot. My only complaint is that each taco came out in its own basket– so between two of us we had 6 baskets on the table along with our sides of rice and big beers. I preferred the ground beef and spicy pork over the fish– the spicy pork had a little kick and was shredded and delicious. The ground beef was great, not too greasy. The fish taco just had an overpowering fish taste, too fishy for me. The cilantro rice was amazing– cooked perfectly, perfect amount for a side order and was just truly delicious! I highly recommend Fuzzy’s for delicious tacos and beers and look forward to trying their other food options in the future!

We are frequent customers at Fuzzy’s Norman, we love it. We order to-go at least once a week. My last two orders have been wrong. I am so disappointed with my last two Fuzzy’s experiences. We always order taco plates. This time we ordered three. Our sides are always rice and beans. This time, we were given potatoes(don’t even know what they are called because I have never ordered them) on two of the plates. The one plate that had both sides correct, had both tacos with the wrong meat. I understand that restaurants get busy and we all make mistakes. But this time I don’t see how every single order had something wrong and it was clear on the receipt. The potatoes were not fresh, It’s like the cooks chose not to read the receipt correctly and throw in whatever they had on the plates. Maybe there should be a better system for the cashiers or other staff to double check orders. I don’t want to stop coming here. I have always loved the food and service. But this is the second time I have made it home with the wrong order in less than one month. Makes me wonder how many other people are going home wth the wrong orders… One more thing, my tacos had very little meat on them this time too. They were mostly lettuce. So disappointing :(

Their tacos are good. Their tacos are more of a street style and their ingredients are very fresh. Pretty good food for a decent price. Its fun to visit with friends and your significant other.

Okay, a fave place to eat when visiting the folks in Norman. I have yet to not like what was ordered. Tonight’s choices included: Drunken Pig(tasty side, or yummy quick lunch); smothered Grilled Shrimp burrito with cilantro-lime rice & black beans; huge plate of shredded chicken nachos; enchilada plate with borracho beans; and the brisket sandwich with potatoes. Only thing I was ‘meh’ about was the bread for the brisket sandwich. Underwhelming amount of meat, too. Everything else I would order and eat again!(Mind you, that was an order for FOUR people! LOL) Décor has been updated since last time we were here. Brighter interior, bolder colors, and really fun ceiling fans overhead.

Fuzzy’s is a great place for fast food on Campus Corner. Their drinks are pretty good too… though they could be a bit stronger. The chips with queso is a solid choice. One of my favorite entrees is the taco salad with fajita beef or chicken(both are incredible). First of all, the salad is huge! Secondly, the salad is topped with fresh cilantro, feta, and tortilla chips– among other things. But the best part is probably the avocado ranch that comes on the side. It’s delicious. The taco plate is another solid choice. All of the tacos are great– I have yet to try one I didn’t like. I’d recommend fuzzy’s to anyone looking for a decent taco shop in the area.

Average at best. 2 fish tacos and some queso and chips. Guess what doesn’t come with salsa… huh. chips and queso doesn’t coffee with salsa. They like to nickel and dime you here. As well the queso is average at best. Tacos not much better. If I didn’t need a quick place to grab some food late night on campus corner I wouldn’t be here… hell if the line across the street was shorter I would have been here. Across the board it is okay especially in a pinch.

Was craving a breakfast burrito the other morning and didn’t want the old assembly-line ones from Sonic or McDonalds. So I searched for«best breakfast burritos in Norman» and the first one was Fuzzy’s. I’m so glad it was. The chorizo, egg, potato, and cheese burrito is hands-down the best I’ve ever had. I am planning to go back for lunch and dinner to try something else. But if you’re looking for an amazing breakfast, look no further! Bravo.

Even though Fuzzy’s wasn’t there ‘in my day,’ it’s such a campus corner sure-win for me now. Don’t be intimidated by a long line out the door. Fuzzy’s gets an A++ for being efficient and quick! There are booths, tables and high-tops alike with TVs around to watch the big game. Here are my tips when it comes to ordering: Chips + Queso: I mean cooommmeeee onnnn. Duh. The chips are the best part with exceptional seasoning and crispness. The beer/marg combo drink: Another, ‘duh.’ However, next time I’ll see if the marg can be a little less sweet. Salads: Skip. Quesadillas: WINNER! The brisket was baller and the cheese was generously piled on.

My family loves Mexican Food and we have our favorites for special things. If we want Fajitas or Tortilla Soup, we go to Ted’s Café Escondido. If we want Flautas or something funky and fresh, we go to Big Truck Tacos. If we want a delicious burrito or the Amazing Spicy Ground Beef Nachos, we go to Fuzzy’s. Their nachos are delicious and there is enough to feed two people! I have never had a bad experience with their nachos at any of their locations. I prefer to go to Norman because we are more likely to get our two children to go with us, since they both attend the University of Oklahoma. That way we win all around, we get to see our two wonderful children and get to enjoy some delicious food!

My boss has a hard on for Fuzzy’s. That can make things kind of awkward. I’m not quite sure why he loves Fuzzy’s so incredibly much… maybe it’s the fact that you can booze while eating meat and cheese in a tortilla. Well, you can do that lots of places, and I probably wouldn’t drive to Fuzzy’s to do that. Bricktown Fuzzy’s has got more atmosphere than the Norman location. This one feels like a fast food taco place painted in bright colors, meant for you to get in and get out. Oh wait…(I think that’s what they’re going for.) This place can be cheap(er) if you are trying to watch the budget– $ 2 tacos might be a savior if you’re not a huge eater. I ended up ordering a steak fajita burrito with a drink, and I came in at $ 10. It’s not exactly a bargain, so I’m not sure where the love connection comes from since the food quality is so-so. The burrito tasted okay, but it’s like going on a date while still broken-hearted from getting dumped and thinking, «I’ve had better.» Tortilla was cold, cheese wasn’t melted, and there wasn’t any alleged guacamole in my burrito… hold on now, I can go to Qdoba and get a warm tortilla with a million fresh salsas and free guac in it for the same price?! Well Jiminy Cricket, ya’ll! Why am I not there? Oh wait, because I’m still in the car with my Fuzzy boss…

Since the son has been playing his league games at the Norman soccer fields, it was a chance to try something a little further south then we usually travel. Walking into Fuzzy’s was a bit of a hit to the senses; the paint was bright, and the aromas were intriguing. The place was empty, but what do you expect from a lazy Saturday morning in a college town? After deciphering the menu, we went with the two taco plate and some chips, queso, and some fire-roasted salsa. The seasoning on the chips was amazing, and I especially liked the salsa. We ordered a combination of the chicken, spicy pork, and beef tacos with sides of black beans and cilantro-lime rice. The spicy pork easily won the plate-off and was a perfect match for the sides. As a side note, the sauce at the table gave the tacos and sides a little extra zip. In the end, I really liked the place and hope more people give it a try and not just as a late night stop to recover.

Great fish tacos! Beeraritas are amazing too. A lot of college kids hang out there at night is one of the only kind of downfalls.

Love love love this place. I always get the same thing when I come but it all looks so good. I get a beef crispy taco and share chicken nachos with my boyfriend. I love the garlic sauce they put on the food. The hot sauce is soo good. The Bricktown location is just as good.

Fuzzy’s has quickly emerged as a go-to spot on college campuses across the Midwest/South. While the food is average, value, service and portions keep students coming back. This particular location is no different. On the man drag across from OU, students litter this place and those working here do a wonderful job keeping the place clean and making you feel at home. The tacos, chips and salsa, guacamole, etc, are average, or slightly better, but they taste great when washed down with beer, which is more than affordable here. In fact, it’s a great place to kill time before going to any OU sporting event, if you’re an out-of-towner. It’s spacious and flatscreens offer a path to watch any live sporting event in a relaxed, chill atmosphere.

Fuzzys is a busy, marginally clean dive in campus corner area! Plan on standing for a few minutes to order! Plan on possibly waiting for a clean table! But the food is good, the beer and margaritas are cold, the atmosphere can’t be beat!

When I was still living in Norman and didn’t know anyone, I would occasionally visit Fuzzy’s to eat, people watch, and laugh at the antics of the local college students. This location is in Campus Corner, so you can expect the place to be primarily populated with a bunch of students on break from class or drinking after said class. There is a direct correlation between the number of people eating to the service you will receive. However, whether that will mean better service or worse service depends on which students are working(and I’m sure that their staff has a high turnover rate) and if they have a bunch of friends working with them or eating there. Summer of 2012, they didn’t clean their hot sauce spouts until just before classes started. Summer 2013, they seem to be have been cleaned more often. As for their food, the fajita platter was pretty unspectacular. Their margaritas are reasonably priced for what you get. Their guacamole and chips have been disappointing and other times I can’t get enough. I generally get their taco platter and like all of the options that I have tried. The sauce is pretty yummy on their food as well. One interesting thing about the place: they have a «Fish Bowl» drink that you need a minimum of 4 people over the age of 21 to order. And for good reason; it is a literal plastic fish bowl that they pour a purple kool-aid like alcoholic drink that reminds me of «sigma soup» and put four neon colored straws in. ¼th of it is plenty for a 130 lb casual drinking female. They have a patio which I only sat at once. If I remember correctly, it is blocked off with a wooden fence and smoking is allowed(but maybe not). It was some holiday, maybe St. Patrick’s, so the place was packed. Maybe because this was my first and only Fuzzy’s, I just see Fuzzy’s as a college food joint. It’s great for a casual date or to get your drink on. TL;DR — Pretty much, your service and food will vary greatly. For these reasons, I just can’t give them a 4. I don’t go as often now because I’m in the midst of many, many more restaurants that I need to try.
