Boot Barn

I came into the store with a few hundred dollars to spend on a hat for my boyfriend. I walked in and wandered toward the hats looking around, trying to figure out what I was looking at as I have no experience in this. There were four employees working. Two younger ones, one male one female, stood 10 feet behind me talking the entire time about their weekend plans never offering to help me. Another employee was roaming around the store and the fourth one was working the register. There were two maybe three other patrons in the store. I stood at the hats for a good 15 minutes, looking at them, lost and wandering around and not one person offered to help me. I would look over at the two talking and one of them would look at me and then go right back to their conversation completely ignoring me. I hope you know that you just lost a several hundred dollar sale. It was the first time I’ve ever been in that store and it will definitely be the last. I will travel to Oklahoma City to buy a hat.
