Through humble beginnings, we have grown and established our reputation for a quality product and unrivaled customer experience.

History

Established in 2006.

Since its founding in 2006, Aspen Heights has built and leased 15 individual off-​campus college developments, with five to seven more in process for a 2014 delivery and a full pipeline for future projects both inside and outside the student housing segment. With growth in the forecast, AH will continue to build upon existing strategies, while hiring and developing new talent to push the bar for innovation and excellence in the multi-​family development and management industries.

Business Owner

Greg Henry serves as the Chief Executive Officer and is on the Board of Directors for Aspen Heights, a national fully integrated real estate development company headquartered in Austin, TX. The company is devoted to integrating profit and purpose, activating human potential, and animating creativity to contribute value to the world. Aspen Heights has developed more than $ 1 billion in real estate projects from 2006 to 2014 and continues to grow under his leadership.
