Redbird Property Management

So my experience with redbird properties was nothing less than really easy going, simple and pleasant. They stood out to me as a management firm that actually does care about their properties/​tenants. Although I live in Denver now, if I were to ever move back to blo/​no, it would have to be a redbird property from whom I rented. This is actually a family owned business and Staff here are knowledgeable, considerate, and right on top of it. Have had other management and personally have worked in the industry myself coming out of h.s. as a maintenance guy. Redbird sticks out as a nice place to live and call home. If you have any questions about any of their properties, just ask one of their leasing agents at their office on linden &college. They are super friendly and can really help you out.

I have lived in a Redbird rental house for over a year. The rent is a little high (hence the 4 star review), but the home and management is wonderful! Any time I have had a maintenance problem, they have taken care of the issue within a few hours! The staff are dependable and courteous!!!

This renting company is decent, but not awesome. They respond quickly to repair emergencies that spring up. Lax on policies. Overpriced rent though.
