I usually get the Tuna and Cheese when I go, which is always well toasted and not too sloppy(tuna sandwiches can be hit or miss when toasted — I’d certainly never get a toasted tuna from Subway!) The place does need a serious makeover, though. Seat cushions are all torn and the building just has a run-down feel. It’s a shame, as there are other Zero’s franchises that look a lot nicer.

I was refused service for walking in 5 minutes before closing, as they were making a sandwich for two other customers. I was unaware of their hours, but a business gas hours for a reason, if I show up before closing, it takes two minutes to make a sandwich.

First time stopping here. Asked the cashier what she recommended…“philly’s are really good.” So I ordered a chicken philly with lettuce and tomato added, on a wheat bun, $ 8 for a 6″. It was mediocre at best. I’m not a fan of American cheese, so it was already a disappointment. After sitting down, I see a sign that they now have pepper jack available. Still, it wouldn’t have made up for the chicken… kind of like steak-umm, but chicken. Who knows what I really just ate. The lettuce and tomato seemed fresh and crisp. The wheat sub bun was slightly toasted on the outside and fresh on the inside. Overall, ehh, not my kind of philly, but then again I rarely do fast food so my standards are a lot higher than most people’s.

Hubs and I didn’t feel like cooking tonight, so we decided to get subs from Zero’s. I did not go with my husband to Zero’s, but he did comment that this particular Zero’s looked like it was being run by a couple of teenage girls. We both ordered BLT subs… they were pretty decent. In all honesty, we should’ve just gotten one sub. I got full after eating ½, as did hubs. We wanted to get wings too, but apparently, they were out of wings. We had to settle for these disappointing french fries. They were limp and a little on the cold side. Subs were good. Everything else? Not so much.

I kind get over the terrible customer service and the unprofessionalism of the employees. But When I pay 20 bucks for a couple of sandwiches and some fries, I would at least like it cooked. The oven baked sandwich was cold and the fries were half burnt and half raw. Extremely disappointed!

Good service with weekly specials and offers. Usually call service is slow due to them being on the busy side, so walking in is faster. Ate here for the first time in over 10 years, had a good time and walked out happy.

Fast service with weekly specials and offers. Only bad part is that they are always busy and sometimes don’t answer the phone. It’s better to just walk in and place your order.

We had seen this place for awhile but never went in because it didn’t look like anything special. Our assumptions ended up being right on. Incredibly poor service and only mediocre food. I would not recommend this place.

Just gave this place a try since its around the corner from me. Inside is dirty and run down. The employees are not friendly at all and all look miserable. I ordered a sandwich which was fine surprisingly but I dont see myself returning again

Just okay. The place is nothing special. They pizza was sloppy and bland. The wings were okay. I would not recommend the place.

this place is a dump inside. One employee on his day off was in the back preparing food for himself wearing flip flops. This place needs major renovations. ordered a grinder and cheessteak. grinder was ok kinda blan was told the cheesestake was good just light on meat and no condiments offered.
