15 years… U & I Home Decorating and Staging was created in 2010 after 10 years as Creations by Deborah established in 2000. Deborah is an experienced graduate in Interior Design and Decorating, Landscape Design, and a self taught artist. Specialty is Interior Design but also offers Home Staging Certification of C.S.E. in January of 2011, changing the name of her business From Creations by Deborah to U & I Home Decorating and Staging. Business Owner

Founder of U & I Home Decorating and Staging, Deborah Lutz is an experienced graduate of interior and exterior design, home decorating and staging with over 11 years of professional design experience. Deborah’s creativity has been commended and recognized in each of the projects and assignments she has completed.

Her team of experts possess broad knowledge of interior design, home decoration, staging, and landscaping as well as construction means and methods. Their experience ranges from modest make-​overs to complete home renovation projects. Their work is featured throughout Hampton Roads.
