Established in 2012.
Tidewater Integrated Movement Studios was started with an intent to offer a holistic approach to performance and pain management through Structural and Movement Integration.
We also desire to connect with and share holistic items such as teas and herbs with the Hampton Roads community, and to offer a place for other holistic practitioners to hold small workshops and classes.
