We were recently at the MacArthur Mall in Norfolk and I needed a smoothie because A. I am on a liquid diet and B. It was time to eat. I chose the energizer. It was a bit pricey but it was also spot on. You could taste the peanut butter, kale, whey protein, and the drink was delicious. My lady had the Acai Berry smoothie, it was extremely sweet but I usually like those. I always get my drinks without sugar and I was glad that they could accommodate. The next time i swing through the mall I will be paying Smoothie Mania a visit.

This place has some bomb smoothies! My fav was the peach smoothie. Yesterday I tried the new cheesecake smoothie and now I have a new favorite! Plus the lady that works there is the sweetest old lady ever. The is by far the best smoothie place in the Tidewater area.

This is me and my friend’s favorite smoothie spot. It really hits the spot on a hot summer day while perusing through the mall, actually it hits the spot on any day while perusing through the mall. There is a great arraignment of flavors here, so it’s near impossible here to find a drink that will not float your boat. They also have«fruit chillers» which are the same great smoothie flavors but without the milk for those that cannot have dairy. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad smoothie here. Come here if you’re shopping at MacArthur Mall, from the first sip to the last sip you will not regret it.

Tasty smoothies, friendly staff, and that’s about all I can say nicely about this place. Yesterday, when I was getting a smoothie for lunch, I noticed their posters and menus extolling the health virtues of their products, making wildly unscientific claims about«boosting immunity» and being«anti-cancer». The English language does not contain adequate hyperbole to do justice to the tons of manure printed on these posters and menus. They’ve assembled the most outrageous list of vague medical conditions that their products cure/prevent, and all sorts of types of wellness that it supposedly promotes. These claims are all entirely unsubstantiated, and sound far fetched to say the least, and instead of being vague in their claims, they’re dangerously close to being specific enough to probably be illegal.

Great place in a not so great location. Hidden away on the 2nd floor of MacArthur Mall outside of Dillard’s, I think, to be honest it’s a mindless walk for me to their location. I can walk there without thinking because it’s so dang good I’ve been there nearly every time I hit the mall. The staff are polite and efficient and the place is always clean. The cost is fair and the quality is fantastic, tasty and healthy smoothie’s!

Sure you have tropical smoothie down in Ghent and you know your favorite flavors so well that you walk in and they just ring you up. Don’t you ever feel that their smoothies are just too sweet and in some ways taste a little synthetic? I don’t know that’s how I feel. Don’t get me wrong, they have very tasty smoothies but sometimes I feel like I really need to be in the mood for them before I go. You’ll probably easily miss this place in the MacArthur mall, but they are located next to a department store(I think it’s Dillard’s) and they are facing them as well. Unless you venture to this part of the mall, you’re likely going to miss them. They are on the second story if I remember correctly. While they don’t have the fancy names that they have at Jamba Juice or Tropical Smoothie, they tell you exactly what’s in your drink. With 3 convenient sizes to choose from, they blend the fruit combination you choose into a perfect drink. While it’s still sweet(it’s a fruit smoothie after all), it somehow tastes more fresh and less synthetic. It’s like something I would be able to make at home if I bought the freshest ingredients and if I had a juicer as well haha. You can add your«boosts» as well. I wish they had more business because they deserve more but I think location really hurts them. Come by and try especially during the hot Norfolk summers!

I almost always stop in when I am at MacArthur Center Mall to get a smoothie from this quaint little corner smoothie shop. They have a punch card where when you buy 7 or 8 smoothies of a particular size you get one for free — I love perks like this because I’d be buying them anyway — so it’s nice to reward your frequent/loyal customers. I always get the same type of smoothie — the strawberry, coconut, pineapple in large. Nom nom nom. Service is always prompt — the place seems clean, and they serve the one thing I came there for — good smoothies. Prices are reasonable — my large smoothie is about $ 4.50 or so I believe. It is tucked into a small corner on the second floor right outside of Dillard’s but maybe this keeps traffic down — which is perfectly fine with me. Yum!

Pros: Good quick smoothies, a lot better than the chain smoothie store. Lots of flavors to choose from. Be sure to ask for a punch card! Mon-Sat 10 – 9, Sun 12 – 6 Cons: Only smoothies, no sandwiches or other food. Tucked away in corner of the mall on the 2nd Floor near Dillards
