Sooooo… this is an odd review. I can’t really hate on Land & Coates because I took a broken lawnmower there hoping to get a warranty repair. The manufacturer wouldn’t authorize the repair partly because L&C reported that I didn’t put oil in the mower. This was not true but that’s how they wrote up the ticket so NO DUH, no company is going to warranty that. The service repair man leaves a bit to be desired in the friendly department. I think someone peed in his cereal… like every day! In the end, I’m sure they do fine work but we didn’t get that far. The customer service leaves something to be desired. Oh, also, be prepared to leave a $ 35 deposit that you will lose.

In a word — dismissive. Employees (not just one) completely ignored my requests for information and what I was asking to be fixed on the machine I dropped off. Paid a $ 35 «diagnostic fee». Diagnosis? Never visiting this store again.
