The associates in this store (Mac Arthur Mall) were incredibly rude. I came in and spoke to them with no response. In addition to them ignoring my greeting, they didn’t even inquire if I needed assistance! This was my first time in the store and I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN!

Horrible customer service!
Nobody acknowledges me anytime I’ve ever gone in there.
Bought a stuffed animal there and it had a hole in it so when I went back to the store and the owner had a callous attitude the whole time and was yelling at who I’m assuming was her daughter.
The store is nice but I give it a low rating because the owner is so rude.

Do not go to Go! Just pass Go! Save your $ 200 and Go! somewhere else.
Yeah, they have a great selection of games and puzzles… but the service was horrible. I seemed like the employee there had her significant other and kid hanging out. Fine. Whatever. But don’t let them take focus over your store/​customers! Nobody was asked how they were doing, nobody was even acknowledged when they came in, now that I think about it. And when one of us wanted to make a purchase, we had to wait almost 5 minutes for her to acknowledge the purchase and come to the counter! Come on. Get it together.
The only reason I gave them some of my money is because they had a Bruce Lee puzzle. And well, you know… It’s Bruce Lee.
The only reason they don’t get less stars is because I am banking on the fact that not all employees act like this one.

Like the reviewer Jacqui posted if you want a board game, this is the place to go. They have them by the ton, and many variations of the same game in some cases, like Monopoly. (Star Wars, Loony Toons, Shrek, etc.) You will also find lots of other table top games like dice games and puzzles. The games here are for everyone from kids to adults. You can definitely find a stocking stuffer here.

Go! Toys & Games is a very cool store in the MacArthur Shopping Center. If you want a board game then Go! is probably going to have it. I think they have about 15 versions of the Monopoly game alone. Also, the staff here know what they are talking about, they are very smart about all the games in the stores and can pretty much answer any question you may have. The prices here are pretty good but the selection is outta this world.
Puzzles, board games, education games, travel games, kid games, adult games, the list could go on and on. Check Go! out.

This store has THE BIGGEST TOY SELECTION I have seen. The best part is that they have HUGE sale prices that make you want to buy every toy here because it is so cheap!
I dont remember the name of the girl working the store that day, but she was extremely knowledgeable in games and toys. I described to her a game and she was able to identify the name of the game IMMEDIATELY and knew exactly where to find the game in the store. She definitely impressed me! She also told me which games were further discounted even though they were not marked to show an additional discount. I really liked her.
They have toys here for one person or more. They have educational games, puzzle games, travel games, everything you can think of!!! Definitely recommend coming here if you need a game you can rarely find. I definitely found some games here where I had gone out of my way to do internet searches for to buy them online. If only I lived close enough to shop here often!
