Established in 1961, our state of the art office is conveniently located in Norfolk’s Janaf Shopping Center at the intersection of Virginia Beach Blvd. and Military Hwy. Business Owner

Both Dr. Martin and Devito are natives of Ohio and graduated from Ohio State University College of Optometry and have been practicing together since 1994. Both specialize in contact lenses, children’s vision, sports vision, and eye disease treatment and are active members in the American Optometric Association (AOA), American Optometric Society (AOS), Virginia Optometric Association (VOA), and the Tide Water Optometric Society.
