Coelacanth Brewing

I really liked this cool brewery! Very friendly, great vibe and delicious brews! We ordered a flight and I enjoyed most of the beers. We are looking forward to going back again and again!

Absolutely in love with this place, the design aspect is amazing, the beer is delicious, and the atmosphere knocks it out of the park!!! Coolest mermaid and fish design going on, with an industrial touch to it. Not to mention the staff was so unbelievably nice, and really helpful for the person who may not know what kind of beer they would like. They have so many good beers for each different tastebud. Smoked beer is an option, and a good one at that!!! They have tiny snacks for you to buy, and tons of merch. They also have a bunch of places that will deliver food to the brewery, so if you really get hungry it’s at the tips of your fingers. Dogs are also allowed on some of the days!!! THIS IS A PLACE TO GO IF YOU LOVE BREWERIES!!!

This is my goto Saturday new release beer day! The owners are awesome! The beers are great! Great atmosphere, garage doors that open up to allow air to roll in during summer time will be awesome! Parking in the other hand is hard to get. Do what you can and well it is a brewery Enjoy some pints and good people the atmosphere rocks !

Super friendly staff and love the beers. Today they had pendulum meats here and the release of the illuminati (smoked lager). Great time!

I love this place. I came for their opening and keep coming back. I have been to several releases here and it’s always a great time. The staff is friendly and the beers are uniquely good. The cbgb, english bitter, is a good standard beer, but the phonics, chocolate hazelnut brown, is my favorite. The phonics is a nice smooth dark beer, easy drinking but flavorful at the same time.

I came here on a weekend with a good friend. Service is so friendly and inviting. I felt right at home the moment I walked in there. They had 8 beers on tap when we came in. The guys were nice enough to give me a flight of their lighter beers. My friend got 2 flights and was able to try all of the beers on tap that day. Coelia was definitely my favorite. It’s light and fun.
It’s a great venue. I love the vibe of this place. It’s smaller than most of the breweries around here. There are a couple of long wooden tables, and it’s very open and sunny. There’s a chill ambiance, and I felt relaxed here. There’s parking along the street, but I can see it getting trickier and a little annoying. It’s a good place to grab some drinks and just hang out for a little. On one of the walls, they did show you how to pronounce their name!

Tried Coelacanth this weekend and was really impressed. The staff was very friendly and I loved the garage doors the building features. The beer was fantastic — we ordered two flights of beer (4 beer in a flight and they had 8 beers available) and out of the 8 beers I only didn’t care for 2 which was amazing. The Enefkay Indian Pale Lager was probably my favorite, but I also loved the Phonics ale, and the Saturnalia Winter Warmer. The brewery is smaller as I’m use to O’Connors and it filled up rather quickly. I do wish there was a little more room to sit since it is becoming so popular! This will definitely be a place I come often and bring my friends to.

Cool spot! Solid beers. I’ll go back. Parking is difficult but a walk won’t kill me.

Good vibe, can Oder chips and salsa from pelons or pizza from la Bella. Only 4 beers on tap at this time. Lots of room to sit and sip, movies on the big screen. Good for families with kids big and small! Beer is ok, like smart mouth beer better but like the atmosphere of this place better. Garage doors open for a breeze which you need when it is near 80 degrees on Christmas Eve. Feliz navidad

Stopped in today to try out this new brewery, and it hit the spot.
I tried the CBGB (English Bitter, 4.3% ABV) and have to say, it was a very unique bitter. Came off almost lager-​y, yet (considering its namesake) was definitely a bitter. For $ 6, it was a great beer.
The only reason I deducted a star was selection (only 2 beers on tap). Décor was awesome, beer was awesome, but personally I wish they had a hop-​forward beer on tap, as that’s my usual preferred style of beer.
I will definitely be returning for more beer.
