Cavero Cares is a family owned business with our main headquarters in Norfolk, Va. We pride ourselves on providing the absolute best private duty nursing care in Hampton Roads. Our certified nursing staff are fully trained in all aspects of nursing skills and medication administration. As each individual is unique, we are able to custom design a schedule and care method which fits your individual needs.

Business Owner

Josephine Osberg, migrated in U.S. in 2003. Sorting clothes in Thrift Store was her first job. Got raise every month as her boss find her fast and hard worker. She enjoyed her job and met her husband Leif who also worked partime while off duty from the Navy. She tried working @IHOP waitressing at night while taking class as a CNA. Got the position in three different biggest Nursing Home and Assisted Living in Hampton Road area. She notice she was good with her new job, as her co-​worker started giving her compliments. To support her 4 kids. 3 girls and 1 boy. She worked 16 hours a day for 2 years but never felt exhausted as she enjoy the company of her residents. She loves to listen to their stories about their life and famliy. While she cleaned up closet and love to give them manicure and pedicure. She notice most elderly lacks attention on that part. CNA rarely touches their toes or nails. Because she love to be around them her experience can be of value to elderly right now.
