Unfortunately I was left unhappy, disappointed, and frustrated. I saw Dr. Scott Horn, he gave me an injection in my groin to help with a painful numb thigh, and I have experienced awful pain in my groin ever since. The actual visit, the injection, and the use of an ultra sound to see where the injection goes in, was so costly out of pocket, that I could not afford to go back in and see the Dr. again, I called crying and spoke to his Nurse, whom explained, I would have to make another appointment and pay to see the Dr. again, to find out what I could do, and why I would be in so much more pain than I originally came in with. Wow. I guess that seems to be normal in the medical industry? I don’t know. I am super upset that Dr. Horn would be satisfied leaving a patient in such a state, but maybe his Nurse doesn’t share with him my distraught phone conversation? I still, now about 7 weeks later, am living with even more awful pain now, and the reason I went to him, was because I can’t live with the pain I had any longer. I don’t know where to go, or what to do now. And all that this office could say was, well you are going to have to pay to come back to find out. I don’t think so. So upsetting.
