our mission:
TPM Fastpitch is a female owned and operated business that provides quality fastpitch softball instruction to athletes of all ages. TPM instructors are former college athletes who aim to mentor and instruct athletes, and if desired, bridge the gap between high school and college level play. To date, 99 percent of TPM athletes have transitioned to college earning athletic softball scholarships.
History
Established in 1992.
The Pitcher’s Mound, which began as a softball training school for pitchers, was founded in 1992 by Lisa Kemme Raio. TPM Fastpitch has expanded to include fastpitch softball training in all areas of the game including instruction in hitting, fielding and catching as well as through camps and clinics. Since 1996 TPM has annually hosted one of the most premier college scouting showcase events in the nation.
