Tiny Towne

This place is both awesome and adorable for little kids. We bought our 3-​year-​old nephew a membership to Tiny Towne via Groupon. He is a car (and train) fanatic so we knew he would be so excited to hang out here, and he sure was.
He got his picture taken first (for his «driver’s license») and got to choose what color lanyard he wanted. The kids wear their «driver’s licenses» around their necks. We went straight for the Tiny Cars. I will agree with the other reviewer that it is not the most convenient thing that the Tiny Cars share the same track with the Booster Cars (for kids 57″ and up). Firstly, the track is much too small for the Booster kids. Secondly, all the kids have to wait that much longer due to the two groups of kids sharing the track. It would be better if the Booster Cars were set up on the part of the track that had the signs and traffic lights if possible. It seemed like that area was reserved for the golf cart-​type vehicles only (to be driven by the bigger kids OR parents with smaller children — I believe you have to pass a test first to drive those).
Anyway, the kids get roughly 10 minutes on the track. There are lots of employees supervising the kids, and they even dress up as conductors. So cute. After a go on the Tiny Car, my nephew and his dad got to hop on the train. It goes around the perimeter of the facility, on a track that has been painted into the floor. Also very cute.
But I think my nephew enjoyed the «Carcade» the most, in particular the «spider shooting game.» The arcade contained a lot of games I had never seen before — they seemed to have come in from Asia, because one of the games (the one featuring the Nemo-​type clownfish) came from China, and the aforementioned spider game seemed to have come from Thailand. Just interesting.
They do a lot of kids’ birthday parties. I got a sneak peek… you get a private room, and it is nicely decorated. I think I saw three smaller rooms and one large «VIP» room, so they can handle about four parties at once. It seems like the perfect place for my nephew to celebrate his 4^th birthday!

Great place for food and family fun of all ages. After our horrible ordeal at the Malibu Grand Prix, we were glad we found this place for our family. Tiny Towne saved the day!

My husband and I took my 9 year old son here today. He had a blast. I thought the initial cost was high. We paid $ 50 for driving permit (it actually has his picture on it), 40 token points and some other stuff that was included. We also had to buy some additional points so we could play «Carcade» games.
If your taking a kid that is planning on driving the golf carts I suggest coming when they offer a class first. The kids have to take the 32 question test before they can drive. We didn’t take the class. We were allowed to help with the test so my husband and I just assumed since we have been driving for over 30 years we would pass with flying colors. LOL. That wasn’t the case. We took that test at least 7 times before we eventually passed. My son might have did better if we didn’t try to help him.
Once my son started the driving that is when all the fun started. They have an actual policeman driving around. My son got pulled over twice. He was only given warnings for failure to use an appropriate turn signal (some people were given actual tickets). It was really fun. We will definitely go again really soon.

Great concept. Poor execution.
The booster and tiny drivers, which are pretty much all the kids only get to drive on maybe 15% of the track. No stop signs, lights, tunnels, etc. It’s a mini go-​cart track.
My 7yo enjoyed it but we are only :10 minutes in and I don’t see it lasting much longer.
Now when my youngest turns 3, he’ll love it. It will feel like miles of driving to him.
I like the idea for the tweens and they’ll think it’s fun driving the golf cart, but up the road they can ride full speed go carts so it’ll be short lived.
:30 in and my 7yo has lost most interest. Even w a Groupon, didn’t really get our money’s worth, especially as we bought their bigger package w the license, etc.
Overall, it’s okay but could be a lot better. I think it’d be a winner of they opened the full track to the Booster Drivers.

Take my granddaughter here today and the experience was so awesome. The registration process was simple the cost was $ 20 she’s only 3 years old and we use the Groupon discount. She drove a car rode the train and playing several of the arcade games. This place was a great fit for her we were actually blessed since it was a weekday and there were very few other customers. I sent several videos to her parents as they were unable to join us today but they said they do plan to take her back for a return visit to enjoy her enjoying herself.
A few things to note number one because it was during the week business was slow. I was advised by the staff that the weekend, holidays, in anytime children are out of school the establishment is extremely busy. Please keep this in mind when visiting are planning to visit this establishment. The second thing I would like to mention is there were a few games in the arcade that we’re not operational for management this is something that should be addressed immediately. Even though we did not eat at the establishment I review the menu and the variety of available options we’re good in their prices where reasonable.
I really plan on revisiting this location with my granddaughter and a couple of her schoolmates in the near future of course it will be during the week as to ensure they enjoyed themselves.

I was not pleased with Tiny Town at all. I really wanted to have my daughter’s birthday party here, so when I saw a good savings deal for it I jumped at the opportunity to check it out. Boy am I glad I tried before I bought. Here goes:
The staff, with the exception of the owner and his spouse, consisted of teenagers. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
There’s a concession stand that sells a few lite items, along with chips and ice cream for the little ones. The choices were ok, and prices were decent.
The main attraction is the driving course, there’s one for children of all ages. The driving course is set up like a real city with roads and the kids get to drive around a few times. The concept is nice, but the wait between turns is just too long. Our kids grew impatient after two rounds of the driving course, and so did hubby and I.
There’s also a train ride that goes around the perimeter of facility, it was kinda cool, my husband and I were allowed to ride with our kids (ages 3 & 5).
Our favorite thing was the arcade. It was colorful with lots of fun arcade noises. It reminded me a lot of an old school arcade from back in my childhood days. All the games were fun, and up to date.
This may or may not be a better experience for older children that would be allowed to drive on the «big kids» driving course, but for my kiddos, this was was a very lack-​luster event. We will not be returning.

What an incredible opportunity for kids to learn about road safety AND have fun doing it! I wish this place had been around when I was a kid! And I guarantee that my child will visit.
I took some of the drivers’ tests (as an adult who has been driving for a long time), and was surprised when I did not earn a perfect score! Turns out, I still have some things to learn! I was also impressed with the rigor of some of the questions — not only do students answer multiple choice questions, they are also presented with real traffic scenarios and asked questions like which traffic sign would appear at this intersection.
Then, students get some real life drive time, with real rules and real enforcement. Your child can experience getting a ticket in a safe (and cheaper) environment than the real world.
The facilities are state of the art, and the use of technology is top notch.
What a great concept and wonderful addition to our community!

I like this place so much that we just left there and I started writing my review in the parking lot. My husband and I, brought our 2 year old here for the first time today and we had such an awesome time. The games are great and the food smelled so good but we didn’t eat. My son enjoyed the bumper cars, train ride and the arcade games. One of my favorite things about this place is the staff. Their customer service was on fleek and it was genuine. We will definitely be coming back here.

Wow! I am absolutely blown away. I looked at the reviews and went the website and already figured this place was going to be nice. But the staff really make this even more amazing. I’ve never seen so many friendly faces and people who actually enjoy their job. Everyone makes sure to smoke as wave and speak to your child. The game room is much larger than I expected. I love how the kids get a cute ID badge and they use the badge to ride and play. Even your ticket winnings are conveniently, electronically added to your badge. Great job staff. You make it a pleasure, too bad staff at chuck e cheese can’t take a lesson from you.

My son had an amazing time here which made me enjoy myself. Everything was very reasonably priced and I love how they gave him his own little drivers license. If I had one complaint it would be that their arcade needed more variety but being that’s not the focal point of being there it still gets a strong 5 of 5

What a fun and cool place for kids! I love the concept. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and patient with the kiddies! My daughter and her friends had so much fun and she even got a driver’s permit! Lol… She is already talking about going back!

This place was perfect for our 4 year old granddaughter. she had a blast! The staff is excellent with children, very nice & food is goo, very fresh.

«Speed. Speed. I am speed.» My three year old who is a fan of Disney Cars loved «racing» in tiny town and we will definitely be back. The arcade games are one of a kind and so fun for kids. I appreciated how we didn’t have to collect paper tickets after playing the games. Everything is electronically loaded (tokens, tickets) and the kids are given a picture I.d. with lanyard to drive and play.
Bonus: We went on «fun Friday» where they match the money you spend at their food stand into credits for play.
We took go-​pro footage of my little one’s first ride and to say the least he was having a regal time. All the staff were incredibly nice and enthusiastic and the food was good too! I highly recommend!

Dear Lord, baby Jesus! This place is like the friendliest jail cell of Gwinnett… Because we already spent our money for tickets and we felt obligated to stay and spend them. If I had the capabilities to rent Michael J Fox’s DeLorean from Back 2 the Future, I would have went back in time and intercepted my wife’s credit card which she used to purchase tickets on Groupon. Just being honest, for my 8 & 9 year old girls it was painfully boring. They were too short to try the larger and faster golf carts and yet, my girls including myself was not impressed with the pint-​sized kiddie carts on a track that was no more than a 100 feet in length. We ran through the arcade, took one spin on the train and within 45 minutes of arrival, we were ready to go! I think the concept is great and maybe years down the road I can bring my girls back to help them become responsible, psychotic, speed mongering Atlanta drivers… Overall tiny town is a bust for skilled drivers under 56 inches!

We visited with our 2 and 4 year old Memorial Day and they both loved it. The 2 year old loved the train and the cars in the arcade. The 4 year old loved driving and the train. We found out about the place via Groupon and I’m glad we did. Having two boys that love trains and cars, this is a perfect place for us. The reason for 4 stars not 5 is the combined track for the smaller kids. I would remove the building next to it that was not being used, it looked like it was used for presentations, and add a track in that space. When we went, it was not crowded but I can see it being a problem on a weekend especially if a party is going on.
I like how parents are free on the train and how they have different levels for the cars. The arcade was decent, but on average 1 credit per game was good for me to keep the 2 year old busy especially with the toy car rides. We got a good kick out of the police cart. It was funny to see them pull over the kids but I like that it was teaching them how to drive properly. I can see bringing our boys back if the place is still around in another 6 – 8 years for the boys to drive the smart cars.
Overall, I would suggest to put this place on your to do list if you have a child that likes to drive or anything to do with cars or trains.
P. S. We didn’t try out the restaurant but from a glance, it looked better than your regular chicken fingers and fries that you find at most kids places.

We had our son’s 3^rd bday here this past wknd and cannot say enough about what a great experience it was. From the first time we called Tiny Towne to book the party, it couldn’t have been smoother. The staff was incredible professional, helpful and friendly from beginning to end and literally did everything for us on the day of the party, from cutting the cake and passing it out, setting up the party room, putting pizza out on the kid’s plates, offering to take photos for us, etc. It was a perfectly easy party and Tiny Towne is a lot of fun for kids of all ages. Highly recommended for a birthday party or just a visit!

Literally a Town that is for Tiny people and up (to the teens). I think it is a pretty neat concept.
I purchase a Groupon to take my niece who is 6 to drive around. It is a bit confusing when walking in, but then again, I think my sensory was overloaded by the sight and sounds.
They have this «booth» where you purchase «credits» that allows you to play in the arcade, ride the train, and ride in the cars. You have to pay for the card as well which is $ 2.20, a little steep for a plastic card.
They have a grill that servies food, such as hot dogs, hamburgers, etc. They also hold events for birthdays or whatever you would like to celebrate. It is a huge building but with everything crammed in, it seems small; from my prospective while riding the train. The train rides uses 3 credits for the kids and the adults ride for free.
This place is for kids about 3 and over. My younger niece who is 1 could only play the games which is a bummer. Poor kid wanted to ride with her sister. Wish they had something for kids 2 years and younger.
I wouldn’t mind taking them back again.

When you walk in and hear the costs you may want to run out BUT DON’T! $ 50.00 per person is a very fair price for what each child receives.
1. A learner’s permit.
2. A very serious test to learn the rules of the road. This took my 10 tear old son 30 minutes to pass, one friend more, some friends less.
3. Based on age/​height is how serious of a vehicle they can drive. A 10 years old can drive a golf cart starting with an instructor and a very slow high speed. After 10 minutes they are allowed to drive alone on the city track that has stop lights, yield signs, each cart offers head lights & turn signals and as you drive without getting a ticket (YES! THEY TAKE THIS VERY SERIOUSLY!!) then the cart will allow their speeds to increase.
4. 50 minutes of driving time.
We had a 3 year, 8 year & 10 year old boys & girls everyone truly enjoyed it!
They offer a varied menu, not all fried fast food, a typical game room, and a special (as of 12/​22/​2014) for people that have already paid the $ 50.00) $ 25.00 for unlimited driving and game playing.
The owner, Pierre really wants everyone to have an educational and fun time and when we were there he was the train conductor and a policeman writing tickets and educating everyone on road safety!
The idea that kids can learn to drive before they get into a real car makes this activity PRICELESS!

The staff is professional and friendly. The owner gave us a tour of the facility to show us the options for our 5 year old… And he loved it!!! We plan on bringing back our 14 year old for driving practice. This is a place for all ages!
