Peachtree Pest Control

I chose Peachtree Pest Control based on the reviews on Unilocal,and I’m so sorry that I did. I had a small insect problem and didn’t want it to become a larger issue so I decided to contract a pest control company. Based on all of the positive review on Unilocal,I decided on Peachtree. Well, I haven’t been happy with the service and the customer service at Peachtree. I called in November to inform them that the service tech kicked over an ant pile near my kitchen window and the ants were now in my house. Well the service tech came back out, sprayed the top of the ant pile and kicked it yet again, which activated the ants to get in my house, AGAIN! When I called a second time for this issue that Peachtree created, I was told the service tech wasn’t available to come out because he wasn’t in my area and that I shouldn’t spray anything to kill the ants that were not crawling around my house and taking over my kitchen area because it would be counterproductive to what they spray. So, let me get this straight; you all can’t come out to my house to resolve an issue that you created and I’m supposed to allow these ants to take over my house until your service tech can get to my area?!! I’ve called the company several times to request a call from someone regarding their «guarantee» policy, and I have yet to receive a phone call. I have received numerous bills requesting payment but not one phone call. I’m sure someone will reach out to me since I’ve taken my grievances to Unilocal,this seems to be the only way to truly get attention from companies these days.
If you’re looking for a pest control company in the Atlanta area, I would NOT suggest Peachtree Pest Control. Go with another company that will return your call and be available when you need their services.

All around hands down the type of you want to give your money to. Peachtree Pest Control’s customer service, their service technicians, & quality is second to none in my openion. Gary, our service tech, was beyond professional & a master of his craft no doubt! I would never consider using anyone else!

Tommy with Peachtree Pest Control has been our service technician for a few years now and he gives excellent service to our residents. I highly recomment Peachtree Pest Control for any pest or wildlife needs.

Art is very helpful – you can tell he cares about his job and takes it very seriously. I know I can get the team out on short notice if I have a problem. Otherwise I don’t have to worry as the routine maintenance keeps us in good shape.

We’ve had Mike Suwalski as our serviceperson for several years now. He’s really astounding. His service is FIVE STAR — all the way. He’s helped me with ant and other issues over the years and is reliable, communicative and professional. We see him at least quarterly (and he’s always on time and also quite respectful of our home by putting on protective booties, making sure my children aren’t around when he’s spraying — although what he uses is non-​toxic, etc.)
Scheduling is good as we receive a call in advance to ensure that we’ll be home and there’s never been an issue with changing an appointment.
I’d consider this a five star service except for billing. My rate has been arbitrarily increased (albeit by only a minimal amount about which I don’t take exception) without proper notice and it appears that the company is working to streamline billing which has not been seamless.
We’re «bug free» and quite happy about it.

Former pest service was good. But Peachtree Pest is the best I’ve ever worked with. From Lee (who was so helpful about which services to get) to Ashley (who scheduled my appointment and is so hilarious) and to James R (who treated my house for termites as if it were his own), everyone is awesome! But especially James, who really knows his stuff, takes the time to explain what he’s doing, and made sure my cat will still be alive tomorrow:) Ask for James – he’s the best!

As a new customer, I couldn’t be happier with the service I have received. When I called to inquire about services, Alicia was incredibly enthusiastic and was able to work with my scheduling needs. I was happy to receive an e-​mail afterwards with pictures and information on all the employees I would be meeting. Lee came for my inspection, and was very informative about all of my options and what was to happen next. Both my pest control and wildlife services were scheduled to begin on the same day shortly after. Jay and Scott handled the services and were both timely, professional, and knowledgeable. So thankful for the wonderful experience I have had with all of these lovely people, and I would certainly recommend them!

Marlin Humphrey is the best! He’s been servicing my home for more than 5 years. He is dependable, and will call if running a little late. Marlin’s presentation is clean and professional. He is very knowledgeable and carefully explains the all services. If I need him to provide a return visit, there is never a problem. Most of all, Marlin knows his pest.

I have been very pleased with Peachtree Pest Control. Danny Richmond always calls to let me know when he’s on his way to my house. He is very professional and has done a great job of keeping our home pest-​free. I would definitely recommend Peachtree Pest and Danny!

I’ve had a serious rodent problem in my attic that eventually started making it’s way inside my home. We used 2 different pest control companies and those companies could not get rid of the rats or catch them. We called peachtree pest control and Jay came to the house to look at what was going on with the house. He was very professional and explained everything that was going to happen. Jay came back and did a full exclusion on the house and after 2 days of using Peachtree pest control the rat was caught in the attic. These techs no what they are doing. Thanks Peachtree and Jay! I can now sleep in peace!!!

The best Atlanta pest control I’ve used! They were easy to work with and go the job done quickly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get rid of annoying pests… especially if you don’t want your dog attacking them and bringing them into the house for you to clean up!
