Thank you thank you Chris! I was working on a super important document for a sales presentation I had the next day and my laptop totally CRASHED! I was literally in panic mode! How in the world would I be able to finish this? My presentation was at 8am the next day and it’s 3pm! Was I going to start over? NO! I couldn’t, I had no time. So make a long story short, I called several places. I left a message with one place and they never called me back, the other one I felt didn’t really care how panic I was about losing everything thennnnnnnnn I called PC Matrix! I spoke with Chris and he listened to me while I was rambling and crying for 15 minutes LITERALLY! He was super responsive and so personable! He recovered ALL my documents and even cleaned my laptop and keyboard! =) PC Matrix is definitely your one stop shop! Might I add, I even called him around 10pm because I couldn’t turn my computer on… ONLY to find out it was dead and I forgot to charge the battery! HAHA! Thanks again Chris!

My printer at work started to show different errors and David came to my office the same day I called and in less than a hour fixed my problem and help to install another printer to my office.
Reasonable price, very professional, knowledgeable and fast. He explained everything he was doing, so I would be able to do it myself if the problem happened again.
I will definitely recommend and use it their services again.

I took my laptop there to get the screen replaced. I saw that they had a good great with the Better Business Bureau and spoke with someone about my issue. They were very polite and professional and thought i should give them a chance. MY laptop is a Samsung Series 7 Chronos with a 17.3″ screen. I gave it to them in immaculate condition. The timing of the repair was awesome and again the professionalism was great as well however the quality of work is non existent. When I saw my laptop for the first time after the repair I was in shock… My wife was with my at the time let out a loud gasp before going into keeping me cool mode and the only thing that I could think of was that my laptop is ruined. It has scratch and crap marks along the display bezel and they are pry marks along the display bezel like someone just pried the shit out of this display to get it off and they used the heat gun at too hot of a temperature or the wrong type of heat gun. because it is warped like crazy. The thing that really gets at me is the scrape marks around the display bezel and that it looks like he tried to use superglue on it to glue it back into place. No refund, only a «30 day warranty on their work». I all i could do is get my computer and leave, very hurt, angry and disappointed that this has happened. The technicians excuse was that with the type of repair this type of damage should be expected… WHAT!!! Yes they replaced the LCD but they ruined my machine in the process. I paid about $ 1800 exactly 13 months ago for this machine. Would you want this to happen to your machine? Here is link to you tube as to how this repair should be conducted.
I started to send it to these guys but didn’t want to send my computer across the country. While showing them the issue with my computer the tech did a hard shut off of my computer, after telling him all he had to do is close the lid to turn it off. This is something you should never do to a computer unless you really have to. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone, if you want to get your computer repaired, send it to the manufacturer or a someone that will not tell you that it is okay to give me your device in great condition and Ill give it back to you destroyed. I will try and attach pictures of my computer after their repair.

I work on computers constantly. I seriously dont know how id survive without technology on a day to day basis. I used to worry id lose my phone and all contact with the world would end for me, but now there are computers, smart phones, google instead of phone books, and dare I say.Facebook. ;o) So many means of communication and ways of gaining information, some times useless but for the most part much easier to obtain than it would have been years ago. Why am I babbling so about technology and the way it was «back in the day»? well because believe it or not I have NEVER owned a laptop. Trust me I know. I had a computer once. My parents were old fashioned and like a recent episode of Modern Family they also believed purchasing a set of Encyclopedias would be sufficient. I turned out ok I think. ;o) I also run my own business which is internet based so there’s the big shocker. How do you (me) run an internet based business and have no computer? I get by, and not too shabby if I must say so. Smart phones really are a great thing, but they’re not laptops. Sooooo, I figured it was time to lose my (laptop) virginity. Ha ha…
I have been looking at purchasing a computer for quite some time but I try to do as much research about literally everything these days before I invest or jump into anything. I have found some great deals in the process. You have no idea. I have contact information from people who ask me to notify them when I find certain deals. You spent $ 50 on that purse? I have the same purse and found it for $ 5. This happens quite often actually. Love it! Anyway moving along. I was cruising through sales on Craigslist… fitness equipment, motorcycles (I want a vespa so if anyone knows someone who knows someone who has a fast scooter, 250c or so. That would be awesome) and last but definitely not least, computers. Of course if you’re looking on Craigslist you already know that a majority of the items for sale are used and in computer terms, refurbished. I’ve seen that word alot in the last few months while researching the different brands of computers and laptops, and i’m not going to lie, it scared me. I wasn’t sure if a «refurbished» computer is what I wanted. How well do they work? Will i get whatever the last person left on them? Does that mean it’s old and will die soon? Wouldn’t it be better to spend a few hundred dollars instead of wasting a couple of hundred on something that may not be worth it? I’m here to say I found PC Matrix out of few different dealers for repairs and refurbished laptops and after a little research I chose them because of a few different reasons (one being the great reviews and the other being the price) and would recommend them to everyone. Seriously. I may be in «I have a laptop finally happy mode» but i’m also thinking in a logical manner. Let me point out the ways…

I would totally recommend PC Matrix if you’re looking to purchase a laptop and also for any computer repairs, installations, or maintenance.
