I’m a nail salon owner and have shopped here several times and this is place definitely does not value customer service. I have been here multiple occasions and tried so many times to give them chances bc of the convenient location. Every time I compare their prices with other local nail supply stores, I find it being far more expensive. I hate giving negative reviews, but in this case, I am truly writing to help give them feedback on their customer service so that they can actually improve. As a business owner, I hate reading negative reviews about my own business but always valued feedback, hope they feel the same as well.

This place is the bomb diggity. It has every thing that you can imagine, and more! The only downside I have with this place is that it is so massive and there is so much variety that I had to ask the workers for the locations of the products. I could have found the products myself, but it would have taken forever. Man, I had a FIELD day! There were so many products that I had never seen before. I highly suggest going here, but unfortunately only if you are a licensed professional. This place is whole sale so they do not sell to the public, which is understandable. If you aren’t a pro, just wait out for the website! I hear they’re building it as we speak!

I’m a certified nail technician and have been to almost every nail supply store in Georgia and this location is the absolute worst. I have never been treated so unprofessionally or unwelcomed in an establishment in my life. Avoid this location.
