The clothes are cute and the prices fairly reasonable. Helpful, pleasant staff. Have vey limited sizes per item available. Their return policy is very restrictive. No returns at all — only exchanges. Tried to exchange in less than 2 weeks which was the time frame I was given. Had to fill out paperwork to make the exchange and get it approved by a manager. Was promised a call within 1 – 3 days. On the 4^th day I had to call them as I had not been called as promised. Still waiting to hear if they will allow an exchange. Dress was never worn, original tags stil on.

wow i was super super surprised to see what they’ve done with the place. completely remodeled, new sleek look, and nearly doubled in size which means their inventory has nearly doubled in size too
and i swear their inventory has gotten a lot better — a lot less overpriced, unoriginal graphic tees and less of those awful dresses that are a tank top on top and a fake skirt with elastic band at the bottom.
they’ve gotten new brands, and a better selection of jewelry. i found myself a pair of army green skinny cargos for like $ 60 that fit absolutely perfectly and that i can’t wait to wear… i was pretty surprised with my find b/​c i’m still in general a little unimpressed with the selection as a whole.
upgraded one star b/​c i will no longer walk by the store without a thought, will probably stop by more often… and has the potential for more stars if i find more stuff that i like there.
