Trying to find delivery in P’tree Corners — strike one. Delivery on Sat night — 75 minutes — no problem with that. Food a problem. Hot and sour soup — oily, flavorless. Crab Rangoon — flat tasteless triangles — nothing like I’ve had before. Szechuan beef — uncooked chunks of vegetables with awful tasting ‘beef’. House Lo Mein totally lacking flavor. So disappointing. I’ll give a place a second chance but there was nothing promising in this food so must pass.

Exactly what you anticipated it would be. Very hot soup which is hard to accomplish with delivery and take out orders. Packaged very nice. First time trying them. Will now be my new local spot!

So I pretty much will eat anything. If Unilocal were the proper place for it I would post a picture of myself shirtless and let you count the stretch-marks(I’m pretty sure it is the same as counting rings on a tree, but each stretch mark is a pound). This pic would look like a surface map of Avenues and Streets in Manhattan, Brooklyn AND Queens. One does not become so atlas-like by being particularly fussy about what they put in their mouth. I can probably count on one hand the meals that I have had in my life that were worthy of the effort required to post a review. Sure, I have had bad food. But it was generally expected — i.e. is it REALLY fair to rate a Krystal Burger? I have been on the road for a couple of months and staying in hotels. During this period I have used a bunch. The staff has been great and their Twitter rep is a riot. In this time of travel I have probably made 25+ orders from Chinese restaurants. Some have been amazing, some have been meh. This review, I want to be clear, is reviewing ONLY the fried chicken wings. I suppose it is possible there are great items on their menu that I will never get a chance to try. I am somewhat of an expert of Chinese restaurant fried chicken wings. They run the gamut from good to great. You would be hard pressed to order any that are worthy of a bad review. If the restaurant has been vetted by then you can bet on the fact the wings will be just fine! Not so. :-( The wings we had delivered this evening missed on so many points that it motivated me to write this review. The pros: 1. Ordered 18 wings, got 18 wings. The cons:(see images) 1. They were tiny. The poor chickens that sacrificed their lives for me were, in cow talk, calves. The were certainly pre-pubescent. 2. They were not fried in any traditional sense. They were faux-fried. Each wing was a disappointment. Usually with a wing order of 18 pieces there will be one or two that may have stuck to something so the skin did not brown or get crispy. In this order there was not even the inverse effect. None of the wings got«lucky» to be cooked right. 3. I ordered the specialty pack that comes with bleu cheese dressing and celery. What I was given for this additional $ 1.70(.85×2 orders) was smack dab on the border of comedy cove and insult island. 4. Please hold the feathers! Maybe it is a personal defect of mine. But there is nothing more annoying and unappetizing than a still hairy chicken. Many of the wings had plucking deficiencies. I’m a very adventurous eater. There has yet to be anything on Andrew Zimmern’s «Bizarre Foods» show that I would not try. However, I generally draw the line at feathers. It’s a pretty good bet that a Chinese restaurant that can’t get the wings right likely can’t get the more typical menu items right. There is a plethora of choices in the fast-food Chinese category. Finding consistent establishments that are consistently consistent is not a hard task. This means that I’m not obliged to deal out second chances in general. However, there are exceptions where I will sense it was just a bad night and am happy to give the restaurant another go. Sadly, Hong Kong Lee will not be one of those exceptions.

I’m probably biased because they deliver to my address, but Hong Kong Lee is alright with me! Egg rolls are awesome and the steamed meals are great! I’d give it 5 stars if I’d tried tried the beef or pork but I’ve only done chicken dishes so far.

Once was enough. Mainly for take out. We ate there so tried seafood sizzling rice. Mistake. Not sizzling– gave us the take out pack of pre sizzled rice. Lo main mediocre too. Boneless bbq ribs was very good. Our search continues.

We’ve been ordering from Hong Kong Lee for the past several months through the EAT app and they’ve always been very fast(within 30 — 40 minutes), but we ordered last night and it only took them 20 minutes and 38 seconds from when I sent the order to coming back to check the time AFTER I received the food and paid the tip at the door. The menu is relatively large and has a pretty wide variety of foods and always very good. I have to give them 5 starts for the consistent good food and FAST service!

I don’t know how this restaurant stays in business. Their food is lousy and their prices are high. I have eaten there twice and that’s two times too many. The last time I was there, the chef was annoyed because he had to get up from eating his lunch to cook for me. You have to be desperate to settle for this poor Chinese food. Drive up to Panda Express. Even though it’s Panda Express, it’s better than this.

TERRIBLE!!! We just threw away our entire dinner. Ordered sesame chicken and chicken lo mien. Chicken was rubbery and inedible in both dishes! Sesame chicken was way over breaded and disgusting. Will absolutely never ever order from here again, a complete waste of money!

This place is awsome!!! The food is very good at a fair price. The have some pretty tasty wings at an amazing value, they even come with fried rice! I would definitely recommend this place, the only reason I did not five them five stars was because the delivery is sometimes slow but other than that its pretty good.

YUM! I had the steamed chicken with vegetables and also the Singapore noodles! Very fresh and flavorful! Great menu selections and I will definitely be trying them again in the near future. I used a delivery service and that was fast and courteous. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because I asked for the Singapore noodles to be mild and they were SUPER spicy. It still tasted delicious… but other that… it was a WIN!

The food was sub-par and pretty bland in flavor. I ordered Lo-mein with $ 4 extra worth of shrimp. It looked like they took one of those cheap, frozen, tiny shrimp packs from Walmart and put a few in. They said there were 28 pieces of shrimp in the dish and then proceeded to argue with me about it over the phone. They wanted us to take the shrimp out and count individually how many shrimp were in there. We paid 40 dollars for crap. NEVERAGAIN!

This is my first time ordering from this place. an hour and a half after ordering,(was estimated 45−1hr) The driver calls. I could barely understand anything he was saying, but I did make out that he was asking for my address. So I gave it to him… 5 times(even spelled it out twice). After that, he tells me he’ll call me back. I get a phone call 10 minutes later from the guy at the restaurant(whom I could understand) once again asking for my address! I give it to him. 15 minutes later, still no food! So I call to cancel the order.(didn’t want cold food). The guy tells me to cancel through eat24.(whom I ordered through and have never had a bad experience before). So I hang up and cancel through them. at that point, I get a knock at my door from the delivery guy. Hong Kong Lee calls with an offer on a discount on my next order if we take the food. We’re hungry so we go to take it. Lo an d behold, the delivery guy is expecting cash!(we paid with a card), so I spend the next 5 minutes trying to work through a language barrier(and even had to pull up the confirmation email on my phone) to prove to the guy I’ve already paid for the food! After that’s worked out, I call Hong Kong Lee with my displeasure, asking what the discount is supposed to be, considering that at this point I was never ordering from them again. The value of my continued business? 2 free cans of coke.(I’d just bought 30.00 worth of food) I Laughed at the guy and told him he made me feel like a real vauled customer, then ended the call. I contacted eat24 to let them know of this fiasco. Fortunately, the good guys at eat 24 gave me a 10.00 credit on my next order.(which is really cool considering that it wasn’t their fault), and said they’d let their account manager know. So, as far as the food. Cold(given that it took two hours to get there), Beef was full of grizzle, sauce was watery, eggrolls were overfried.(the rice was good at least). I wish I could give them 0 stars, but I can’t. Will never order from this place again. Edit: Just wanted to note that the experience was so bad, I signed up for a Unilocal account, JUST to leave this review.

We’ve been ordering from Hong Kong Lee for more than a couple of years now. It is Chinese fast food but really well made, high quality Chinese fast food. The storefront itself is located in a Publix shopping center at Spalding and Holcomb Bridge. It’s pretty easy to get in and out of. The store seats not more than about 30 people; delivery is Hong Kong Lee’s specialty. They deliver very quickly, usually within 30 minutes. My favorite thing about their menu is that you can swap out any«meat» on just about any dish. We’re vegan so we always go for no meat or tofu for protein and they’re happy to do it. We also always order no onion and no egg… it’s never been a problem and they’ve never messed an order up. This is, generally, ordering about twice a month from them for at least 4 years. My favorites include: General Tso’s Tofu(get extra sauce) Spring Rolls Veggie Fried Rice no egg no onion Veggie LoMein no egg no onion I recommend them highly. Super quick delivery, good prices, excellent food, full menu, vegan friendly, accommodating, friendly The website has changed. It’s now: You can order online!

My laziness rewarded their menu bombing. I gave them a chance, and I don’t regret it, but probably won’t order from there again. They are Chinese fast food. When there are egg rolls and spring rolls on the menu together, I hope the spring rolls are not deep fried, but I was disappointed. We did Kung Pao Chicken and Mongolian Beef in order to use them as yard sticks to measure the place. The Mongolian Beef was everything anticipated, but the Kung Pao was decent although unlike any Kung Pao I can recall.

When we first got to town this menu was hanging on our door. So we tried them. And let me say we were not disapointed. We got sweet and sour pork and the General Tao’s chicken. Everything tasted good, you know it’s Chinese fast food. We got spring rolls eh, they were ok… The crab Rangoon is decent… The pros: The food was here in no time flat, I was inpressed by the delivery time! I haven’t had something on the menu that I haven’t «liked» somewhat on some level! I’ll order again! :) because they are delivery rock stars…
