worst place to get your cookie! indian female employee was coughing all over the batter and no gloves!!!

Customer service Saturday night was horrible.
The young blonde lady behind the counter (she appeared to be working alone) seemed largely clueless and inexperienced.
Before ordering the cinnamon sugar bites my aunt inquired about sauces. The young lady replaced the only sauce available was cheese sauce. At that point we pointed out on the overhead menu that they should have vanilla sauce. She then looked and found some in a cabinet/​fridge next to the counter.
So my aunt orders the cinnamon sugar bites, but the young lady just drops the seasoning packet on the pretzels. she didn’t coat the pretzels first with butter (or anything) so the seasoning doesn’t really stick.
Then we checking out, the pricing was weird. The pretzel bites were a little over $ 4, and sauce about $ 1, but the bill rang up to over $ 6. We tried explaining to the young lady that the math was wrong and to check what she entered, but that seemed to confuse her. Ultimately we left without the vanilla sauce and some really dry lightly seasoned pretzel bites… won’t be back.

Corina did a WONDERFUL job decorating the cookie cake I bought for my husband. She was very polite and made sure I was satisfied with the look of the cake. I live closer to another Great American Cookie location but have never been as happy with their decorating job. Thank you, Corina!!! You are truly talented!
