With more than 19 years of experience as a real estate broker in Georgia, Mark Teytel has a solid understanding of the conditions and issues that shape the state’s real estate market, with specialized expertise in foreclosures and short sales. He is actively involved in the sale, purchase and management of residential real estate, and has assisted landlords and tenants, as well as homeowners in buying and selling homes.

A certified REO and short sale specialist, Teytel has an extensive educational background in real estate finance and business brokerage, and holds a law degree from John Marshall Law School.

Manager

I have 19 years licensed Real Estate experience, Annually, I sell over 250 properties and manage over 50 rental properties. My Real Estate team consists of 9 highly trained professional members. I have extensive knowledge in negotiations («cash for keys»), property preservation and evictions. Over the years, I have established strong and reliable relationship with different contractors in housing and banking industry.

For the past 14 years my plan of action had produced consistent sales results that exceeded average Realtor’s performance across the board. I am recognized Realtor in the community and have a base of over 3000 past clients and sphere of influence people. In 2012 I become the #1 Top Producer for individual sales in the entire North East Atlanta Metro Area.
