Floodmasters, LLC started out as a carpet cleaning business and evolved into a water damage, sewage damage, and mold remediation business. We realized that our customers needed more than just their carpets cleaned. So to better accommodate our customers, the business has now become a full service restoration company. We do everything from drying the water, removing the sewage or mold, to the reconstruction of your home or business.

I started in the carpet cleaning business in Buffalo N.Y. in 1997 when I was attending college to make ends meet. Since then the business has adopted a new name and better and more knowledgeable approach in the water damage industry. We’ve been growing and expanding our business since.

We strive for customer satisfaction to go beyond and above expectations. We are well versed in insurance claims and procedures. We have several national certifications and recommendations.
