So Disappointed… I placed my order online Tuesday June 7th for pickup Wednesday at 4:30pm for my nephew’s birthday who is turning 11. I noticed that the ice cream cake did not look like the picture so I questioned the Lady and she said it’s chocolate cake with chocolate ice cream. Got home and come to find out it’s cookies n cream… WTH. Needles to say my nephew was disappointed. I called the store spoke w/Manager(she was so busy talking over me to LISTEN) and she agreed to make another cake for me today. We will see if they get it right. More to come but right now they get 2 stars. Well picked up replacement cake and it was just what I ordered. My nephew’s bday is over but he liked the cake.

I love Dunkin. I am pretty much obsessed with it. I enjoy their donuts. I went to this 24 Hour location last night. There was only 1 person working. He was filling orders in the store and trying to manage the drive thur. Coming from a background in food service — I know how hard it can be to try to get to everyone as soon as possible when you are working alone. This guy did a good job. We did wait for 5 minutes but at the end he gave us a dozen donuts for the price of a half dozen. I appreciate the fact that he understood that we had to wait so he decided to give us a little extra. Thank you.

Decent DD option in my neighborhood. Great quality donuts and coffee; I especially appreciate that they regularly have peanut & toasted coconut donuts available(other Dunkin’s don’t). The staff tends to be a little on the quiet/reserved side. Also, the drive-thru is a little tight to maneuver; I recommend parking and going in.

I can’t understand the guy at the window during the night. I always say a prayer that he understands ME… other than that, food is decent and coffee is good.

I can never ask a better place than DD. Even before i enter to DD, i will be craved for those donuts. Donuts and Ice cream a great combination to have at late nights. With a bunch of friends, i visited this place several late nights. Place is neat and staff is friendly and became the hangout spot for me.

It was pretty much a terrible decision to whip into their drive thru this morning for two donuts and a coffee. With only two cars in front of me, it was a ten minute wait because you can’t order at the menu — you have to order at the stupid window! This equates to a massive time suck, which isn’t so awesome as you watch traffic build on the road in front of you while you wait. My coffee also didn’t taste so great, and I noticed that they have an 87(B) on their latest health inspection. Yeah… won’t be back.

Terrible customer service. Extremely rude. Never returning. I asked if they had a particular ice cream and the man proceeds to yell«CUPORCONE» and rolls his eyes and walks away. If you are working for a company, be nice to your customers. I will not be returning to this store because of this incident.

This place is ok! It is expensive for some frozen milk. I mean really 6 plus dollars for 2 – 3 scoops of ice cream. They gave me a container that looked like maybe 2 kiddie scoops and I was like, no this is wrong you need to add more, the lady got mad. Well keep your ice cream! I can go into ingles and get me a half a gallon for 3.00 and then a dollar box of cones and still have some change left over. They are slow also, no customers inside and it took 15 mins to get some ice cream on a previous trip. Then they start speaking in their Indian language and making faces at you! Oh well, I guess I will get me some Bruister’s next time.

What a shithole. I decided to try DD for a breakfast sandwich after Starbucks messed up and changed their turkey bacon. Unfortunately this won’t be my new go-to. First — the speaker in the drive-thru is broken, so no matter how long the line is they are always only making the order of the person sitting at the window. According to my coworker it has been broken for over a year. That’s pretty bad. Second — the sandwich I ordered was very obviously just microwaved(and too long, at that). Would be worth toasting the english muffin so it doesn’t turn rock hard. Just a suggestion. But hell, if they can’t even fix the speaker, chances are they won’t invest in a toaster. Skip this place.

Went in earlier today and got 20 holes and a medium milkshake. The woman put my holes in a bag and I asked her if I could get a box instead of the bag for the holes. She said rather sharply, «No, you need 25 to get a box». I made no fuss about it and proceeded to pay. Then her co-worker, an older gentlemen nicely said, «Go ahead and give him a box». She replied to him in another language after she said«No» again and then both had a brief back and forth in said language as if I wasn’t even there. I don’t know what was said but it was extremely rude and unprofessional either way. At that point, I could’ve cared less about the box. Needless to say, I won’t be back to patronize this place. They obviously value their boxes more than being respectful of their customers.

They know my order when they see my face. I like that…

I have found a 24 hour Dunkin Donuts relatively close to my house. Unfortunately it is not on the way to work… Some of the donuts were not as fresh as I wished(booo) but whatever… They do have tons of bottled drinks too(donuts make me thirsty!).

Two trips. One opinion. Always a limited selection. Always borderline stale. Always acid coffee which upsets my tender sensibilities.

Haha. I didn’t get anything here with the three people I went with, but it seemed like your regular donut shop. No other place around was open late enough to hang out, so the four of us decided to chill here. It’s just like any other dunkin donuts, and is connected to baskin Robbins. Aside from that, Best part about this place, is that this place is not really open 24 hours. Though the signs on both doors clearly indicate open mon to fri 24⁄7 and sat sun 24⁄7. My group of friends sat down to chat around 11:30pm, and were there till one am. Funny thing half way was the Indian owner tells us to let him know when we leave so he can unlock the doors. We were the only people inside, so I’m guessing ppl would come by to get inside too. This guy is at the door trying to get in and my friend gets the guys attention to reopen the door. He grudgingly gets out from behind the counter and walks over to the door. Opens it and tells the guy that they were closed. Meanwhile we were still in there and the drive thru bell kept ringing like crazy. It was cool. We had the inside of dunkin donuts to ourselves and had a blast talking up a storm. My only concern overbthis entire review is: if you state you’re open 24⁄7 be open 24⁄7 and let ppl in. Otherwise state it’s only for drive thru then lol

What’s wrong with these people? When I asked the woman who owns the place why my donuts were so oily and stale she didn’t offer me a refund or even an apology. She pointed to a semi on the side of the building and exclaimed; «No very, very fresh just off of truck this morning». I asked her if she would like to taste one these horse biscuits and she declined . Go to the drive thru and you’ll get to meet her two lovely daughters who never smile and are always sure to serve up some scorn and anger with every order.
